    摘要: There is provided an apparatus for nailing t-nut. The apparatus of the invention has a first nailing device. The first nailing device has a push bar; a rotation motion transmission mechanism; a first servo motor for moving the push bar up and down by means of the rotation motion transmission mechanism; a retaining portion to hold a t-nut; an alignment supplier to supply the t-nut to the retaining portion; and a receiving portion to hold a board. The apparatus further has a control device to control the rotation of the servo motor. The t-nut is release by the retaining portion when the push bar moves down. The upper end of the to-nut is pushed by the push bar. The push bar moves down at a speed faster than that of free fall of the t-nut when the retaining portion releases the t-nut, so as to nail the t-nut into the board.

    摘要: In order to prevent a flange of a tee nut which is moved along a feed track from overlapping with that of another tee nut so that the tee nut can be smoothly fed along the feed track, the flange is an octagon having linear sides coupling paired the two pawls of each of two pairs of pawls with each other. To firmly and semi-permanently fix the tee nut in an object, a relatively thin-walled flarable or splayable portion is formed on an end of a shaft away from the flange. A female screw forming portion is provided on a portion of the shaft excluding the flarable or splayable portion. When this tee unit is mounted on the object, the pawls bite into the object and the flarable or splayable portion is flared or splayed to form a flared or splayed rim.

    摘要: A tee nut includes a shaft portion and a flange portion outwardly extending from a first end of the shaft portion. The shaft portion includes a step around the periphery thereof at on an intermediate position of its axial length, a forward end side cylindrical portion having a hollow cylindrical shape located between the second end of the shaft portion and the step, and a base end side enlarged cylindrical portion having inner and outer diameters larger than those of the forward end side cylindrical portion. The forward end side cylindrical portion includes a predeterminate caulked part formed over a prescribed length from the second end and a female screw forming part between the step and the predeterminate caulked part. The length of the forward end side hollow cylindrical portion including the female screw forming part can be relatively reduced, and hence the length of the female screw forming part is not increased beyond the minimum necessary to comply with a standard such as ISO standard even if the shaft portion is very long. Thus, no additional working is required in a threading step using a tap and the productivity of the tee nut can be improved.

    摘要: A tee nut has a stem portion and a flange portion which are integrally made by sheet metal processing using an iron sheet. The stem portion has a crimping portion at an end opposite to the flange portion. The inner peripheral surface excluding the crimping portion is formed with a female thread. The flange portion is provided with a plurality of pawls formed by radially inwardly deforming part of the outer peripheral edge of the flange portion from the outside. The pawls inhibit rotation of the nut relative to an object to which the nut is secured. The pawls can be driven into the object concurrently with the crimping applied to the crimping portion. A radially outwardly open notch is formed in each pawl simultaneously with the deformation of the pawls.

    摘要: The present invention is to avoid the flange portion of a T-nut of from overlapping the portion between the claws of another T-nut, while the T-nut is supplied on a supply track provided on a nut applying machine, and also to engage the projections formed between the claws into a fixing material when the T-nut is knocked into the fixing material. There is provided a T-nut formed of a metal material in an integrated manner, having a shank portion 49 and an octagonal or almost octagonal flange portion 50, and two pairs of claws 55 to 58. The shank portion 49 has a caulking portion 51 and a female screw portion 52. The caulking portion 51 is formed thinner than the female screw portion 52. Projections 64, 65 are provided between each of the pairs of claws, formed by bending convex portions integrally formed with the flange portion 50 toward the second end of the shank portion 49.
