摘要： Provided is an insert member for an open end wheel nut, which is capable of improving the workability of dressing up the car in the case of mounting a wheel using the open end wheel nuts. An insert member 1 for an open end wheel nut includes a shaft body 2 provided on an outer periphery thereof with a male thread 2a to be screwed on a female thread portion 10a of an open end wheel nut 10 from one end thereof. The shaft body 2 includes: a hexagonal hole 5 provided at an opening on the one end of the open end wheel nut 10; and a recess 2b provided at an opening on the other end of the open end wheel nut 10. A spring 3 that urges the shaft body 2 in an axial direction thereof is provided in the recess 2b.

摘要： One or more techniques and/or systems are disclosed for a replacement insert, which may be used for replacing stripped threads and providing the new smooth surface for a washer/gasket on component, such as for a vehicle. The insert has an inner and outer threaded surface, and the inner threads are merely partially formed in the inner cavity of the insert, leaving an unthreaded surface proximate the end of the insert. The insert has a shoulder with a greater diameter than the hole into which it is inserted, to stop further insertion. The insert can be threaded into the hole using the thread chaser bit screwed insert, and continued rotation of the chaser past a thread stop can form remaining threads, allowing for application of torque to install the insert in the component.

摘要： A wooden member joint structure having high strength against load repeatedly applied in opposite directions, with improved work efficiency in joining the wooden member to a mating member. A screw member having spiral protrusion on its outer peripheral surface and an axial hollow hole is threaded axially into a wooden column. A distal end of joint bolt is threadedly engaged with bottom of the hollow hole. The joint bolt has an integrally formed flange, and the flange is threaded into the column together with the screw member with its contact surface firmly pressed against end face of the screw member. A joint device is clamped between a fastening nut threadably mounted on a proximal end of the joint bolt and the flange and coupled to the screw member via the joint bolt. The joint device is secured to a foundation by an anchor bolt protruding therefrom and a fastening nut.
