摘要： Provided is a vinyl chloride resin composition that is capable of forming a vinyl chloride resin molded product having excellent low-temperature tensile elongation. The vinyl chloride resin composition contains mixed material particles containing a vinyl chloride resin, a plasticizer, and an inorganic substance. When the concentration of the inorganic substance in an inner part of the mixed material particles is taken to be C1 and the concentration of the inorganic substance in an outer layer of the mixed material particles is taken to be C2, a ratio C1/C2 of C1 and C2 is 0.7 or more.
