摘要: The present invention provides a mobile phone for authenticating Subscriber Identification Module (SIM) card and a SIM card authentication method adapted for the mobile phone. Once a SIM card is inserted into the mobile phone, the mobile phone acquires a phone number associated with the inserted SIM card and identifies whether the acquired phone number has been stored in the non-erasable programmable memory of the mobile phone. If yes, the user is legal and can use the mobile phone, if no, then the user is illegal and cannot use the mobile phone. Therefore, the mobile phone protects and hides stored information from the user.

摘要: An electronic device includes a dynamic memory, a static memory, a detection unit, a copy unit and a set unit. The dynamic memory stores an interrupt monitoring program. The interrupt monitoring program monitors whether an interrupt request is generated, and generates an interrupt signal when the interrupt request is generated. The detection unit detects whether the electronic device needs to enter a sleep mode, and generates a detection signal if the electronic device needs to enter the sleep mode. The copy unit copies the interrupt monitoring program from the dynamic memory to the static memory in response to the detection signal, and runs the interrupt monitoring program in the static memory for monitoring whether an interrupt signal is generated. The set unit sets the dynamic memory into a self-refresh mode in response to the detection signal.

摘要: A data converter includes a signal input port, a processing unit, and an output port. The signal input port includes a number of ports for connecting to corresponding ports of an electronic device and receiving waveform signals from the electronic device. The processing unit includes a port detection module for detecting which port of the signal input port is receiving the waveform signals and a data conversion module including a number of conversion sub-modules, each conversion sub-module corresponds to one port of the signal input port. When the port detection module detects the port receiving the waveform signals, the conversion sub-module corresponding to the detected port is enabled and converts the waveform signals to digital data. Then the output port outputs the digital data to a computer, and the communication state of the port of the electronic device is analyzed via the computer based on the digital data.

摘要: A touch input device includes a primary touch panel, a primary touch driver, an environment compensation unit, a processor, and an operation module. The primary touch panel generates a first change of electric charge distribution according to a touch on the primary touch panel from a user. The primary touch driver generates a touch signal according to the first change of electric charge distribution to the primary touch panel. The environment compensation unit detects a second change of electric charge distribution of an environment and generates a compensating signal. The processor processes the touch signal and the compensating signal to produce a reliable touch signal. The operation module performs a function according to the reliable touch signal.
