Abstract: The present invention provides a method, device and system for transmitting broadcasting services, and a computer storage medium. The method comprises: a network side network element obtains user service description (USD) information in a plurality of PLMNs; the network side network element transmits the USD information to a user equipment (UE), wherein the USD information is used for instructing the UE to obtain required broadcasting services in the plurality of PLMNs.
