    摘要: The technical solutions described herein provide a resource configuration method, system, and apparatus for a single-cell multicast control channel (SC-MCCH). An example method comprises: a base station sends a system broadcast message, wherein the system broadcast message carries configuration information of an SC-MCCH configured by the base station, the configuration information comprising: an SC-MCCH modification period (MP) and time-domain position information of the SC-MCCH; the base station sends frequency-domain scheduling information of the SC-MCCH over a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) of a subframe where the SC-MCCH is located, wherein the frequency-domain scheduling information comprises at least one of: frequency-domain position information of the SC-MCCH and a modulation and coding scheme (MCS) of the SC-MCCH.

    摘要: The disclosure provides a scheduling method and device for a single-cell Multimedia Broadcast and Multicast Service (MBMS). The method includes: receiving a Single Cell-Point To Multipoint (SC-PTM) Single cell-Multicast Control Channel (S-MCCH) message sent by an evolved Node B (eNB), wherein the S-MCCH message carries first Radio Network Temporary Identifier (RNTI) configuration information and/or second RNTI configuration information, a first RNTI is used for indicating that a single-cell MBMS is scheduled by using a semi-static scheduling manner, the first RNTI configuration information is used for indicating a Temporarily Mobile Group Identifier (TMGI) corresponding to the first RNTI and a subframe position where a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) scrambled by using the first RNTI is located, a second RNTI is used for indicating that the single-cell MBMS is scheduled by using a dynamic scheduling manner, and the second RNTI configuration information is used for indicating a TMGI corresponding to the second RNTI; and receiving an MBMS required on a Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) according to scheduling information received on the PDCCH. By using the technical solution, a single-cell MBMS can be scheduled.

The sending method is applied to an M2M communication system and includes: a sending device sends to-be-sent information to a target device through a communication network, wherein the information carries one of the followings: a first ID, which is used for identifying the target device outside the communication network, and a second ID, which is used for identifying the target device inside the communication network; the sending device acquires a recognizable ID corresponding to the specified ID through the communication network; and the sending device sends the information to the target device through the communication network according to the recognizable ID. The technical problem that there is still no effective object identification solution which is compatible with various standard systems in the related arts is solved, and different M2M user equipment can be distinguished in the M2M communication system.

    摘要: The disclosure discloses a method of monitoring Machine-Type Communication device events, wherein a network side detects Machine-Type Communication (MTC) device events; when the occurrence or termination of a MTC device event is detected, sends an event report to a MTC server through a Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF), in which the MTC device event that has occurred or terminated is indicated. The disclosure further discloses, at the same time, a system and network of monitoring MTC device events. With the solution of the disclosure, it can be implemented that the network side reports a MTC device event to the MTC server and processes the MTC device according to the MTC device event that has occurred, as well as recovers normal activities of the MTC device when the termination of the MTC device event that has occurred is detected.
