Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices related to digital wireless communication, and more specifically, to techniques related to controlling activation of a BWP upon transitioning between dormancy behavior and non-dormancy behavior. In one exemplary aspect, a method for wireless communication includes transitioning, by a terminal, a serving node from dormancy behavior to non-dormancy behavior. The method also includes activating, by the terminal, a set of resource blocks in response to transitioning the serving node from the dormancy behavior to the non-dormancy behavior. In another exemplary aspect, a method for wireless communication includes detecting, by a terminal, that a dormancy timer has expired. The method also includes, responsive to detecting that the dormancy timer has expired, transitioning, by the terminal, a serving node from non-dormancy behavior to dormancy behavior.

Abstract: Wireless communications when there is a master node (MN) and a secondary node (SN) may be modified to coordinate communication for measurement gaps. Specifically, for dual connectivity in multi-radio (MR-DC), the MN and SN may communicate to improve measurement gap usage. The communications may include gap combination assistance information, a gap configuration based on the gap combination assistance information, and gap association. The embodiments include communication examples for handling the measurement gap with communications between MN and SN.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for transmitting a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) using a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS). The method for transmitting the hybrid automatic repeat request using the semi-persistent scheduling, which is applied to a network-side network element of an access network, includes: determining an identifier offset of an HARQ process using an SPS radio resource, and determining an identifier of the HARQ process according to the identifier offset of the HARQ process; and performing a transmission of the HARQ process corresponding to the identifier of the HARQ process with a user equipment.

Abstract: The disclosed techniques enable communication nodes to perform rate adjustments. As an example, a communication node may receive a control information from a network node. Based on the received control information, the control node may determine that the network node supports codec adaptation or that the communication node is allowed to enable the codec adaptation.

Abstract: Provided is a dynamic scheduling method and apparatus. The method includes: in a process in which a user equipment (UE) receives data of a channel A, the UE triggers to start or restart an inactivity timer a preset length at a preset moment; during running of the inactivity timer, the UE receives a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) signaling sent by a base station, and detects a PDCCH signaling for scheduling a downlink control information (DCI) of the channel A.
