The present application provides a video partitioning method, a video transmission method, a server, an adaptor and a storage medium. The method includes: generating, according to a bit stream of each sub-image tile of an encoded file of an original video, a corresponding video track which is encapsulated into a video file; parsing the video file to obtain video frame position information of each video track; and generating a virtual slicing information file according to a serial number of each sub-image tile of the encoded file and the video frame position information, and generating a video playback index file according to the serial number of each sub-image tile.

A MSS chunking method for an MP4 file, an MSS adapter, and a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium are disclosed. The method may include: receiving an MSS download request for downloading of at least one MSS chunk of a first MP4 file; determining, according to MSS chunk indexes and virtual chunk indexes of the first MP4 file, data segments in the first MP4 file corresponding to data of the at least one MSS chunk, each MSS chunk index containing a playing address of a respective MSS chunk of the first MP4 file, and each virtual chunk index containing a correspondence between the data of a respective MSS chunk and a respective one of data segments of the first MP4 file; sending a data segment download request to a media server and receiving data segments; and assembling contents of the data segments to generate the at least one MSS chunk.

A system and method for valid subframe determination between a base station and user equipment based on transmission of an additional system information block are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, a method performed by a communication device includes: receiving a SystemInformationBlockType1 message in a first subframe of a frame from a communication node; receiving the SystemInformationBlockType1 message in a second subframe of the frame from the communication node based on communication device capability for processing the SystemInformationBlockType1 message in the second subframe; sending a radio resource control signal to the communication node based on the communication device capability for processing the SystemInformationBlockType1 message in the second subframe; and utilizing the second subframe as either a valid subframe or an invalid subframe based on the communication device capability for processing the SystemInformationBlockType1 message in the second subframe.

The method comprises: after establishing an WiFi connection with a wireless gateway, a terminal sends a terminal identity verification request and a gateway identity verification request to the wireless gateway; and after confirming that the terminal identity verification and gateway identity verification succeed, accesses to a wireless broadband network through the WiFi connection.
