Abstract: The embodiment of the present invention discloses a method for acquiring an identifier of a terminal in a network. The method includes: acquiring a device identifier of a current terminal which is registered in a network, herein the current terminal is a mobile user; and allocating a corresponding network identifier to the current terminal according to the device identifier of the current terminal such that the current terminal transmits data in the network by using the allocated network identifier, herein, the network identifier is a fixed public network Internet Protocol IP address or a fixed public network IP address and port number segment, allocated to the current terminal. The present invention further discloses a management network element and a computer storage medium.

Abstract: Provided are a method and device for sending message. The method includes that: a mapping table is established; a message is received from a receiver; the mapping table is searched to obtain a Route Identification (RID) of an Access Service Node (ASN) of a sender corresponding to the message according to the message; and the message is sent to the ASN according to the found RID of the ASN. By the technical solution, the problem of non-uniformity of access manners for uplink and downlink data streams in a related technology is solved, and a proper access manner can be selected for the downlink data stream.

Abstract: A policy control method for a converged network comprises: in a roaming scenario, after learning that a user equipment (UE) accesses a mobile network through a wireless local area network (WLAN) access, a visited policy and charging rules function (V-PCRF) establishing a subsession serving WLAN Offload when establishing an S9 session to a home policy and charging rules function (H-PCRF), and carrying a WLAN Offload instruction. With the present document, the WLAN offload data can be distinguished from data routed back to an EPC network in the roaming scenario, thereby delivering policy control for the WLAN offload data.
