摘要: The present invention provides a device for indicating a test result of a specimen using recognizable symbols, including a reagent strip, wherein the reagent strip includes a detection zone including an analyte binding area and a positive control area, and the positive control area includes a first-layer reagent and a second-layer reagent; the first-layer reagent is a reagent that becomes transparent when exposed to water, the second-layer reagent is a colored reagent, and the first-layer reagent is not transparent when dry but becomes transparent when wetted; or a device for indicating a test result of a specimen using recognizable symbols, which includes a reagent strip, and the reagent strip includes a detection zone including an analyte binding area and a positive control area; wherein the positive control area includes a light-emitting element which emits light after energizing, and the light emitted by the element is projected to the positive control area, thereby binding to the analyte binding area to form a symbol to indicate the test result.

摘要: The present invention relates to the field of biochemical detection, and in particular to a reading apparatus for reading an assay result on a testing element. The reading apparatus comprises a first light-emitting element, a first photodetector and a light blocking element, wherein the first light-emitting element emits light and illuminates one or more corresponding areas of the testing element, the first photodetector receives light from one or more corresponding areas of the testing element, and the light blocking element guides a path of light emitted from a light emitting element and/or from a testing element. The light blocking element separates photodetectors in separate spaces, including a first light blocking element and a second light blocking element, wherein the first light blocking element is located between the first light-emitting element and the first photodetector, to guide the light emitted from the light emitting element to illuminate the testing element. The reading apparatus of the present invention allows light from a specific area of the testing element to be received by the photodetector and blocks invalid light from unrelated areas from entering the photodetector, thereby enhancing the accuracy and sensitivity of detection.

摘要: A test device includes a housing and a carrier detachable from the housing. The housing includes a socket, and the carrier contains a testing element, and the carrier along with the testing element therein is capable of being inserted into the housing through the socket. The housing includes a blocking structure and a locking structure. The blocking structure and the locking structure are integrated to form a locking component. When the carrier is inserted into the housing, and a position of the carrier is locked by the locking structure, the carrier is abutted against the blocking structure. The carrier keeps stable after being inserted into the housing; and the carrier is located in the same position for each insertion.
