摘要: A test device includes a housing and a carrier detachable from the housing. The housing includes a socket, and the carrier contains a testing element, and the carrier along with the testing element therein is capable of being inserted into the housing through the socket. The housing includes a blocking structure and a locking structure. The blocking structure and the locking structure are integrated to form a locking component. When the carrier is inserted into the housing, and a position of the carrier is locked by the locking structure, the carrier is abutted against the blocking structure. The carrier keeps stable after being inserted into the housing; and the carrier is located in the same position for each insertion.

摘要: The present invention provides a detection device for sample detection, where the detection device includes a device body and a device cover, the device cover is configured to cover the device body, the device body is spirally connected to the device cover, a signal apparatus is disposed between the device body and the device cover, a completely screwed state exists between the device body and the device cover, and when the device body and the device cover are in the completely screwed state, the signal apparatus makes a sound. The detection device is provided with a two-stage sealing apparatus and the signal apparatus. As the device cover performs covering, a first sealing apparatus first seals the device body and the device cover, and the signal apparatus makes a first sound, to prompt an operator that the detection device has completed primary sealing, which is suitable for short-distance and gentle-vibration transportation after sampling is performed by using the detection device. As the device cover continues performing covering, a second sealing apparatus seals the device body and the device cover again, and the signal apparatus makes a second sound, to prompt the operator that the detection device has completed secondary sealing, and covering no longer needs to be continued.

摘要: A biological sample collection system includes (i) a sample collection vessel having an opening for receiving a biological sample, (ii) a selectively movable valve comprising a core and a collar disposed about the core, and (iii) a sealing cap coupled to the collar and including a reagent chamber for storing a measure of sample preservation reagent. The sealing cap is configured to associate and form a fluid tight connection with the sample collection vessel. Associating the sealing cap with the sample collection vessel causes a physical rearrangement of the core relative to the collar such that a fluid vent associated with the core is placed into fluid communication with the reagent chamber, thereby permitting sample preservation reagent to pass from the regent chamber to the sample collection vessel.

摘要: Articles and methods for the active transport of molecules into, within, and/or from a matrix are generally described. In some embodiments, an electric field may be used to alter the position of the molecule with respect to the matrix. The electric field may be used to move the molecule to a new location within the matrix, remove the molecule from the matrix, or infuse the molecule into the matrix. For instance, the electric field may be used to move a molecule having a binding partner within the matrix into or away from the vicinity of the binding partner. In some embodiments, the position of the molecule may be altered by exposing the molecule to an electrodynamic field. In some such embodiments, the molecule exposed to the dynamic electric field may have enhanced mobility and minimal adverse matrix interactions relative to conventional molecular transport methods, and in some cases, a molecule exposed to an electrostatic field. The active transport methods and articles, described herein, may be particularly well-suited for a variety of applications including histological, biological, and pharmaceutical applications.

摘要: A Compact Optical Virus Detection Analyzer (COVDA) uses light scattering and fluorescence to detect nanometer (nm) and micrometer (um) sized particles, such as biological particles and can be used to detect viruses such as coronavirus including SAR-CoV-2 responsible for COVID-19, pollen and bacteria. It can be used for prescreening, rapid detection of suspicious people. COVDA involves experimental and theoretical methods for particle and virus detection using Tryptophan as a key biomarker. Light sources in compact units include lamps such as Xenon (Xe) lamp with narrow band filters, LEDs (such as AlN) or laser diode, Q switched and mode lock Lasers for nanosecond and picosecond pulses (such as Nd Yag/Glass, Ti sapphire with Harmonic generator) in blue from 400 nm to 500 nm to generate second harmonic generation (SHG) in KDP/BBO crystals to produce 200 nm to 250 nm emission, or green laser pointers at about 530 nm to get emitters with harmonic crystals at about 270 nm or LEDS from 230 nm to 300 nm for pumping the samples at 230 nm to 289 nm to pump tryptophan and light scatter of nanometer particles of virus. The ultra high power ns and ps lasers in mJ to J can level can be used to locate Bio virus bacteria clouds in free space to image and destroy and kill virus.

摘要: A biological sample collection system can include (i) a sample collection vessel having an opening for receiving a biological sample, (ii) a plug assembly that includes a post with a fluid vent therethrough, a collar disposed about the post, and a plug that initially obstructs the fluid vent, and (iii) a sealing cap coupled to the collar and comprising a reagent chamber for storing a sample preservation reagent. The sealing cap is configured to associate and form a fluid tight connection with the sample collection vessel such that associating the sealing cap with the sample collection vessel causes a physical rearrangement of the plug assembly such that the plug is detached from the post, thereby permitting sample preservation reagent to pass from the regent chamber to the sample collection vessel.
