    摘要: A device for liquid separation and filtration for drying and cleaning of compressed gases, which is intended, especially, for compressed air and breathing air, and in which the design is such that a centrifugal liquid separation means is located axially upstream of a filter means with a filter cartridge in the tank of the device. In the interior of the tank there is a centrifugal liquid separation means with an assigned separation space and a condensate liquid collection space axially underneath the filter means of the filter cartridge. The bottom of the filter cartridge can form the boundary wall of the separation space of the centrifugal liquid separation means. Between the outside wall of the filter cartridge of the filter means and the inside wall of the tank there is a narrow gap in which the compressed gas, after leaving the centrifugal liquid separation means, rises high along the filter cartridge as far as the opposite entry into the filter means. In this area, further post-separation or fine separation can take place. The axially successively connected arrangement of the centrifugal liquid separation means and the filter means allows a reduction in the diameter of the device and the overall arrangement leads to better operating reliability and to an improved degree of liquid separation.

    摘要: A compressor unit that has a compressor component and a condensate filter that is used to precipitate water and oil condensed from a compressed gas stream. For the environmentally friendly disposal of the condensate, a filter device containing a filter material is arranged so that a warm air stream entering the filter device after passing through the condensate filter condenses the water in the filtrate stream. The condensate is soaked up in the filter device by the filter material and, with the help of the air stream, which can be the warmed outgoing air of a cooling device of the compressor component, the water contained in the condensate is evaporated, while the oil-containing components of the condensate are adsorbed in the filter material for subsequent disposal. The filter material is preferably placed in the filter device in the form of filter elements arranged preferably in several rows behind one another at predetermined distances in the direction in which air flows through. The filter element can be designed as an osmotic filter cloth which is formed as tubes or it can be made of spiral-shaped, wound sheets of such filter material. Suitably, the filter device with the filter material contained in it is designed as a replaceable, disposable device, for example in the form of a module.

    摘要: A condensate valve for condensate that is connectable to the inlet side of at least one oil/water separator of a compressor. The condensate valve is triggered for opening and closing via a blocking element. The outlet of the condensate valve discharges directly into a condensate collecting tank. The condensate valve also forms a pressure reducer for reducing the pressure of the outflowing condensate and discharges directly to the condensate collecting tank. Preferably, the condensate valve comprises a movable piston which can be pressed against a small-diameter opening of the valve seat when the condensate valve is closed by a blocking element. The piston has a larger cross-sectional area at its outlet side than at its inlet side on which condensate acts via an overflow line when the condensate valve has been opened. The overflow line can be formed by at least one through channel which extends axially through the piston.
