    摘要: A method of treating and grading contaminated particulate material includes i. physically breaking up the particulate material to separate the particles thereof; ii. rinsing and grading the particulate material to separate the particulate material into an oversize fraction and an undersize fraction; iii. washing and grading the oversize fraction to produce one or more treated aggregate products; iv. passing the undersize fraction through a high shear washing process to separate contaminants therefrom; v. fluidising and cleaning the undersize fraction in a classification tank to produce one or more treated sand products at an underflow thereof by passing clean water upwardly into the classification tank. Optionally, waste water resulting from stages (ii), (iii) and (iv) is treated to form process water, a portion of which is used in stage (ii), a portion of the process water undergoing one or more further treatment processes to produce clean water used in stage (v).

The reception hopper includes a trough having parallel side walls and a bottom wall. The loading zone of the bucket elevator communicates with a first end of the trough, the trough including a movable wall extending perpendicular to the side walls of the reception hopper and being movable towards the first end of the trough to urge slurry towards the loading zone of the bucket elevator.

    摘要: A multi-deck screening assembly includes upper and lower screen decks, each having first and second deck sections. The upper deck's first deck section has first-size grading apertures, and its second deck section is downstream of the first deck section with second-size grading apertures larger than the first-size apertures. The lower deck's first section has third-size grading apertures and its second section is downstream of its first section with fourth-size grading apertures larger than the third-size apertures. A gap between the lower deck's first and second sections allows oversize material from the lower deck's first section to pass through to a first collection region. A diverter is positioned between the upper and lower decks and over the gap, whereby material from the upper deck collected on the diverter passes onto the lower deck's second section, thereby preventing undersize material that passes through the upper deck from passing directly through the gap.

    摘要: A screen assembly for grading and dewatering sand includes a frame upon which is mounted a deck having a plurality of apertures therein. The frame is mounted on a base and includes a vibration generating device for imparting vibration to the deck. The deck has a first portion inclined downwardly from a first end to second end for grading sand thereon, and a second portion for dewatering sand thereon. The first deck portion is inclined downwardly at a first angle, and the second portion is arranged substantially horizontally or inclined upwardly at a second angle. Sand may be delivered onto the deck at or adjacent the first end of the first portion, so that undersized particles of sand passing through the apertures in the first portion of the deck as oversized particles pass onto the second portion of the deck, whereby the oversized particles are dewatered.
