Abstract: A dispensing device is provided with a tube that engages a nozzle orifice of the device. During storage, a cap covers the orifice and defines an opening that is adjacent to the body of said device, such that the tube is able to extend beyond the periphery of the cap. The disposition of the cap relative to the tube and dispenser body causes the tube to lie in proximity to an external wall of the body. When the cap is removed or, in an alternative embodiment, rotated, the tube can assume a radially outward configuration.
