摘要： A PTC heating device has a frame surrounding an accommodation space, at least one PTC element accommodated in the accommodation space, and conductor elements, which are connected to the PTC element in an electrically conductive manner and enclose the PTC element between them. Each of the conductor elements is surrounded by a frame segment. The frame segments are welded together to enclose the PTC element in the accommodation space. In the method according to the invention, injection molded plastic frame segments having interacting connection segments are connected to conductor elements. At least one PTC element is then introduced between the frame segments. The frame segments are approached to each other until the connection segments abut against each other. The connection segments are then melted. As a result of this melting, the frame segments are approached further to each other until the conductor elements abut against the PTC element.

摘要： A PTC heating element for an electric heating device includes frame which is made of electrically non-conductive material and which encloses at least one PTC element, conductor tracks electrically connected to the PTC element, and insulating layers bearing, in a heat-conductive manner, against an oppositely disposed main side surface of the PTC element. The frame has contact strips which project over itself and which are electrically conductively connected to the conductor tracks for energizing the PTC element with different polarities. In order to provide an electrically well-insulated PTC heating element allows good heat coupling, s a film respectively covers the outer surfaces of the insulating layers. A corresponding PTC heating element may be provided in a circulation chamber of the electric heating device. In this case, the conductor tracks are electrically connected to the PTC element, protrude through a partition wall of the electric heating device, and are exposed and electrically connected in a connection chamber. The connection chamber is separated by the partition wall from the circulation chamber.

摘要： An electric heating device includes a housing having a partition wall which separates a connection chamber from a heating chamber for dissipating heat and from which at least one receiving pocket, protruding into the heating chamber as a heating rib tapering towards its lower, closed end protrudes. A PTC heating element includes at least one PTC element and conductor tracks for energizing the PTC element with different polarities. The conductor tracks are electrically conductively connected to the PTC element and are electrically connected in the connection chamber. A pressure element is received which holds heat extraction surfaces of the PTC element abutted against oppositely disposed inner surfaces of the receiving pocket. The pressure element includes a sheet metal strip which, by punching and bending, forms spring segments protruding from the plane of the sheet metal strip. The spring elements are provided in a planar manner distributed over a heat extraction surface of the PTC element provided adjoining the respective pressure element.

摘要： A control device is disclosed for an electric heating device with a PTC element as an auxiliary heater in a motor vehicle. The control device has a control housing in which a printed circuit board, equipped with at least one power switch is provided. The power switch is applied against a cooling surface in a heat-conducting manner under pretension via an elastic pretensioning element. The pretensioning element is formed from an elongated piece of a soft-elastic plastic part extruded with at least one through-opening. Also disclosed is an electric heating device having such a control device.

摘要： A PTC heating assembly includes a heating cell comprising a PTC element and conductor elements electrically abutting the PTC element. The heating cell is accommodated in a heater housing. The heater housing is manufactured with undersize relative to the heating cell so that the heating cell, after insertion into the heater housing, is held under pretension between mutually opposing walls of the heater housing. 摘要： An electric heating device comprises a housing with a partition wall which separates a connection chamber from a heating chamber for dissipating heat and from which at least one PTC heating device protrudes as a heating fin in the direction toward the heating chamber. The PTC heating device comprises at least one PTC element electrically connected to conductor tracks in the connection chamber. A temperature sensor is connected, in terms of data, to a control device and is accommodated in a sealed manner in a temperature sensor receptacle which is formed in a wall delimiting the heating chamber. The temperature sensor is accommodated in a sliding manner in the temperature sensor receptacle. A support prevents the temperature sensor from sliding out of the temperature sensor receptacle and/or directly plugs a temperature sensor contact element of the temperature sensor in the connection chamber into a printed circuit board.

摘要： An electrical heating device for a motor vehicle includes a frame in which is accommodated a layer structure with corrugated-rib elements and heat generating elements. Each heat generating element includes a positional frame which forms a receptacle in which a PTC element is accommodated, and which includes contact plates abutting on two oppositely situated sides of the PTC element. The heat generating element is formed such that the receptacle is sealed and is accessible through at least one inspection channel that is accessible from the outside. The electrical heating device has a sleeve receptacle which is adapted for the sealing accommodation of a connection piece that protrudes from the heat generating element. Also disclosed is a method for the manufacture of an electrical heating device in which the sealing of the heat generating elements is checked.
