摘要: The present invention relates to a colorant set which comprises a first colorant composed of a warm color solution, a second colorant composed of a cold color solution, and a third colorant composed of a light-transmitting solution, or the colorant set only comprises the first and second colorants, and the light-transmitting solution can be added directly into the first or second colorant. The warm color solution contains 0.1 wt % to 5 wt % of water-soluble iron salt and water; the cold color solution contains 0.01 wt % to 2 wt % of water-soluble cobalt salt and water; the light-transmitting solution contains 10 wt % to 50 wt % of water-soluble yttrium or lanthanum salt and water. Accordingly, during a three-dimensional lamination molding process, the light transmittance is adjusted while spraying and coloring are performed on each layer, thereby obtaining a ceramic denture with quite natural color and light transmittance.

摘要: The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for three-dimensionally laminating a ceramic denture in a color-and-transmittance variable manner. A base slurry and a light transmissive slurry are mixed at a ratio regulated by a main controller according to a slurry ratio parameter datum, and then a slurry mixture is laid on a substrate by a laying module to form a slurry layer; next, the slurry layer is photocured by a photocuring module according to a laminated graphic under control of the main controller; in such a manner, the slurry layers are laminated and cured one by one so that a denture green body is formed; finally, the denture green body is sintered at a high temperature to form a ceramic denture. The present invention allows each slurry layer to exhibit different color and transmittance, resulting in quite natural gradation of color and gradation of transmittance.

摘要: The invention relates to a water-based ceramic three-dimensional laminate material and a method for using the same material to manufacture the ceramic objects, comprising: a step Sa of preparing a plurality of projected slice graphics and a slurry, wherein the projected slice graphics are formed by slicing a three-dimensional image along a specific direction with a specific thickness, the slurry is prepared by mixing the material powder, the photo-curing resin, the solvent and the additive; a step Sb of uniformly laying the slurry on the substrate to form a sacrificial layer; and a step Sc of uniformly laying the slurry on the slurry to form a reaction layer on the sacrificial layer; a step Sd of irradiating the reaction layer with a light beam according to one of the plurality of projected slice graphics, and the slurry is cured after being irradiated; a step Se of repeating steps Sc and Sd until a ceramic body is formed; a step Sf of washing the ceramic body with water or an organic solvent; and a step Sg of sintering the ceramic body at a high temperature to form a ceramic object.

摘要: An apparatus for three-dimensional laminating and coloring a dental ceramic crown includes a slurry layering module, a coloring module, a light curing module and a main controller. The main controller controls the slurry layering module to lay a slurry from a slurry tank to form a slurry layer, controls the coloring module to color the slurry layer with the colorant in a color tank to form a colorant layer according to a plurality of coloring parameter data, controls the light curing module to cure the slurry layer according to a plurality of laminated graphics. The apparatus may color each slurry layer, and the color can be easily changed as desired. The overall coloring effect of the dental ceramic crown is natural with good light transmittance, and the color is saturated without any blooming formed between the colored layers.
