摘要: A lavatory pan washing apparatus and a lavatory pan washing method which are able to achieve both a higher discharging performance and a higher water-saving effect are provided.The lavatory pan washing apparatus includes water supply means that supplies washing water to a lavatory bowl 2 of a lavatory pan 1, a water discharge channel 5 continuing to the downstream side of a water sealing portion 4 of the lavatory pan 1, air sucking means that sucks air from the water discharge channel 5, and control means that controls the water supply means and the air sucking means. The control means activates the water supply means and starts supply of the washing water to the water sealing portion 4 via the lavatory bowl 2 and, after having raised the water level in the lavatory bowl 2, activates the air sucking means when washing the lavatory pan 1.

摘要: A toilet flushing apparatus for firmly discharging a filth by a small amount of flush water and by a short period of time and still having a flush sound. The toilet flushing apparatus includes a first water supply supplying flush water to a toilet bowl of a toilet main body, a second water supply additionally supplying the flush water, a drain flow path communicated with a downstream side of a water seal portion of the toilet main body, an air sucking mechanism sucking air from the drain flow path, and a control apparatus controlling the first and second water supplies and the air sucking mechanism. The control apparatus produces a siphon operation by operating the air sucking mechanism continuous to operate the first water supply and to open an opening/closing valve through which flush water from the second water supply enters the toilet bowl, after forming a swirl flow inside the toilet bowl and before finishing the siphon operation.

摘要: A product having a glass layer is produced that can be produced at low cost and can exhibit excellent antibacterial function. A base body, a first glazing material capable of forming a first glass layer on a surface of the base body, and a second glazing material capable of forming a second glass layer containing a silver compound on the surface of the base body. A first glazing material layer comprising the first glazing material and, on the surface side, a second glazing material layer comprising the second glazing material are formed on the surface of the base body. The first glazing material layer and the second glazing material layer are melted to form a first glass layer and a second glass layer. The second glazing material layer has a higher viscosity upon melting than the first glazing material layer.

摘要: A muffling apparatus capable of attaining the prevention of the occurrence of a noise reliably while making concrete the reduction of the manufacturing cost and the easiness of the assembling of the same apparatus, and a feed water apparatus having such a muffling effect are provided. The muffling apparatus 2 is an apparatus connected to a jet pipe 1 adapted to send out the water, which flows in a feed water passage 1a in the interior thereof, into storage water W. The apparatus has a tubular portion 4 connected to an upstream side portion of the jet pipe 1 so that the tubular portion 4 extend downward, and having therein a water supply passage 4a communicating with the feed water passage 1a, and a housing 3 connected water-tightly to an upstream side portion of the jet pipe 1 and an upper section of the tubular portion 4, enclosing a lower section of the tubular portion 4, connected water-tightly to a downstream side portion of the jet pipe 1, and capable of storing the air, which is in the interior of the jet pipe 1, in the portion of the interior of the housing 3 which is outside the tubular portion 4. The tubular portion 4 is provided at an upper section thereof with an air hole 4b made through a wall thereof so as to communicate the water supply passage 4a with the interior of the housing 3.

摘要: A toilet seat device includes a base portion, a toilet seat extending from the base portion in a forward direction, a connecting member fixed at a toilet bowl, at least one hinge member supporting the base portion and the toilet seat, the at least one hinge member lifting up and down the base portion and the toilet seat between the first condition and the second condition, the first condition at which the base portion and the toilet seat are positioned at the toilet bowl substantially in a close contact relation with the toilet bowl, and the second condition at which the base portion and the toilet seat are positioned separately relative to the toilet bowl, and a housing space defined at a bottom surface portion of the base portion and for housing the hinge member therein. The hinge member is housed in the housing space under the first condition.
