摘要: Described is a spitball gun that is operable for collecting, wetting, and projecting paper ammunitions. The spitball gun includes a paper advancing chamber having an opening for receiving paper ammunition and an advancing mechanism for advancing paper through the paper advancing chamber to a loading chamber. A water tank is also connected with the loading chamber. A sliding handle is used to cause paper to be pulled through the paper advancing mechanism while water is released onto the paper from the water tank. A paper cutter is used to cut the paper and load the paper into the loading chamber. Finally, air from an attached air tank is used to expel a wetted paper wad from the loading chamber and through the barrel of the spitball gun.

摘要: A battery assembly includes a sealed battery cell container holds a positive and negative electrode and an electrolyte. Deflection-responsive means engages at least one outer face of the container and is responsive to deflection thereof for operating a cut-off switch to break the electrical continuity of the battery assembly. Flat battery cell containers may be stacked in different arrangements within a coupling structure, the arrangements defining either a cavity between the coupling structure and an adjacent container face, or a cavity between faces of adjacent cell containers. A membrane switch received in the cavity is actuated by bulging of a cell container wall. A control circuit operates the cut-off switch in response to actuation of the membrane switch.

摘要: A transforming dart mechanism is described. The transforming dart mechanism includes an inner collar and an outer collar. A dart body is positioned through the inner collar, while fins are pivotally attached with the outer collar. A deployable canopy is affixed with the fins. Thus, in operation, a user can position the fins and deployable canopy against the dart body in a collapsed state. When in the collapsed state, a user can shoot the toy dart horn a to dart gun and upon contacting a target, the fins and deployable canopy expand into an expanded state.

摘要: An air-powered toy gun is described. The toy gun includes a housing with a barrel. A cartridge slot is formed in the housing to accept a projectile cartridge and align a bullet chamber of the cartridge with the barrel. An air cylinder is attached with the housing. A dual slide unit is slideably attached with the housing, the dual slide unit having a plunger positioned within the air cylinder. Further, a pull back handle is attached with the dual slide unit to allow a user to draw the plunger from the air cylinder. Finally, conduits are attached with the air cylinder to connect the air cylinder with the bullet chamber of a cartridge. Thus, a user can draw the plunger from the air cylinder and release the pull back handle to shoot a projectile from the toy gun.

摘要: A collapsing trap is described. The collapsing trap includes a base and a plurality of surrounding panels pivotally attached with the base. An outer panel is attached with one of the surrounding panels. A locking mechanism is attached with the surrounding panels to selectively hold the panels in an open configuration. A trigger is operably connected with the locking mechanism. The locking mechanism includes a locking pivot that is attached with the base and connected with the trigger. The locking pivot is adapted to rotate and lock onto each of the surrounding panels to hold the surrounding panels in an open and substantially planar configuration. When the locking pivot is activated by the trigger, the locking pivot rotates to release the surrounding panels and cause the surrounding panels (and outer panel) to collapse up and around the base to trap the item therein.

摘要: A edible rawhide-based molded chew with a hollow core is described. The chew is formed by cutting a rawhide sheet into multiple small rawhide pieces. The small rawhide pieces are mixed with a binding agent and water to form a rawhide-based mass. The rawhide-based mass is introduced to mold with a pin to form a molded chew having a hollow core therethrough. The molded chew is removed from the mold. Finally, a flavor basting is applied to the hollow core of the molded chew. The flavor basting provides a smell and flavor to entice a dog to begin and continue chewing on the chew. Thus, the resulting item is a rawhide-based molded chew with a hollow core that is coated with a flavor basting.
