摘要： A method for recording uncoded ratings by multiple evaluators on a single automatic machine scannable document while maintaining independence of ratings and accuracy of results; the method comprising a machine scannable rating sheet and one or more rating shields corresponding to at least all but one of the rating areas to shield each area in succession to maintain independence of multiple uncoded ratings recorded on a single rating sheet whereby the recorded ratings are machine readable through the rating shields.
