    Abstract: A composite substrate includes a supporting substrate composed of quartz, a piezoelectric material substrate composed of a material selected from the group consisting of lithium niobate, lithium tantalate and lithium niobate-lithium tantalate; and an interface layer along a bonding interface between the supporting substrate and the piezoelectric material substrate. The interface layer has amorphous structure and contains constituent components including silicon, oxygen and at least one of tantalum and niobium. The interface layer has concentrations of hydrogen atoms, nitrogen atoms and fluorine atoms of 1×1018 atoms/cm3 or higher and 5×1021 atoms/cm3 or lower, respectively.

    Abstract: A member for a semiconductor manufacturing apparatus, includes: a ceramic plate that has a ceramic plate through hole; an electroconductive base plate that has a base plate through hole and that is disposed on a lower surface side of the ceramic plate; an insulating sleeve which is inserted into the base plate through hole and of which an outer peripheral surface is adhered to an inner peripheral surface of the base plate through hole via an adhesion layer; and a sleeve through hole that passes through the insulating sleeve in the up-down direction and that communicates with the ceramic plate through hole. The insulating sleeve has a tool engaging portion that is engageable with an external tool, and upon being engaged with the external tool, the tool engaging portion transmits rotation torque of the external tool to the insulating sleeve.

    Abstract: Provided is a zinc secondary battery including a positive electrode plate including a positive electrode active material layer and a positive electrode current collector; a positive electrode tab lead extending from an end of the positive electrode plate; a negative electrode plate including a negative electrode active material layer and a negative electrode current collector; a negative electrode tab lead extending from an end of the negative electrode plate; a hydroxide ion conductive separator; and an electrolytic solution. The electrode plates, the electrode tab leads, and the hydroxide ion conductive separator are vertically arranged respectively. The electrode plate has, along an upper end of the electrode plate, an uncoated region free from the electrode active material layer, and the electrode tab lead is weld-bonded to the current collector in the uncoated region, and an insulating tape is attached to the uncoated region to cover the weld-bonded portion.
