    摘要: Disclosed herein is a tapping screw (1) exerting an excellent anti-loosening effect with regard to a workpiece made of a soft material such as resin and an aluminum alloy. The tapping screw (1) includes a shaft part (3), and a normal thread (10) which is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the shaft part. A clearance groove (20) is formed by cutting out a portion of a ridge of the normal thread, and an engaging protrusion (30) is provided on a bottom of the clearance groove along a portion or an entirety of an edge of the bottom that continuously extends from a flank surface of the normal thread. The tapping screw (1) exerts an excellent anti-loosening effect even when a workpiece expands, contracts or oscillates because the engaging protrusions (30) are embedded into portions of the workpiece which have been embedded into the clearance grooves (20).

    摘要: The present invention aims to provide a screw fastening machine for reliably switching and changing a driving force transmitting path with the seating on a work as a reference.According to the screw fastening machine in which a first pulley is connected to a first driving means for applying high speed low torque drive to a drive shaft, a second pulley is fixed in an integrally rotatable manner to a transmission shaft for connecting the drive shaft, and an endless belt is interposed between the pulleys to obtain a configuration for high speed low torque drive, a second driving means for low speed high torque drive is arranged on an extension of the transmission shaft, and the second driving means performs the drive until a final fastening torque is reached when a screw component is seated on the work and the stall state is achieved, the final fastening torque is always reliably obtained and the work time is reduced without waste. Since the second driving means for low speed high torque is not rotatably driven while the first driving means for high speed low torque is being driven, the power is not wasted and energy-saving effect that fits with the times is obtained.

    摘要: An articulated robot including a vertical rod secured with lockbolts at the end of its arm which is fixed to a screw fastening unit by means of an upper bracket and a lower bracket. The robot further includes a studbolt parallel to the vertical rod at the lower end of the arm. Two nuts are mated with the studbolt to compress the lower bracket. Releasing the lockbolt and rotating the nuts clock-wise or counter-clockwise causes the vertical rod to easily slide to adjust the height of a screw fastening unit from workpieces of different types without having the operator hold the screwing unit by hand.
