    Abstract: A wireless device receives one or more radio resource control (RRC) messages. The RRC messages comprise one or more control resource set (coreset) identifiers (IDs) for one or more coresets in a downlink bandwidth part (BWP) of a cell. The wireless device receives a medium access control (MAC) control element (CE) indicating activation of an ordered set of two transmission configuration indicator (TCI) states for a coreset of the one or more coresets. The coreset is with a lowest coreset ID among the one or more coreset IDs of the one or more coresets. In response to the coreset with the lowest coreset ID being activated with the two TCI states, the wireless device transmits an uplink signal with a spatial domain transmission filter determined based on a first TCI state occurring first in the ordered set of the two TCI states of the coreset.

The wireless device triggers, based on the SR configuration, an SR for an uplink grant of radio resources of the cell. The wireless device receives the group common DCI indicating the energy saving state of the cell. Based on the group common DCI indicating the energy saving state, the wireless device does not run an SR prohibit timer for the SR during a time interval of the energy saving state of the cell.

    Abstract: A wireless device receives, from a base station, one or more messages comprising configuration parameters indicating: a sounding reference signal (SRS) resource set; a plurality of reference signals (RSs); and an uplink transmission configuration indication (TCI) state comprising a configuration of one or more RSs of the plurality of RSs. The wireless device receives a downlink control information comprising an SRS resource indicator (SRI) and an uplink TCI indicator (UL-TCI), where: the SRI indicates one or more SRS resources of the SRS resource set; and the UL-TCI indicates an uplink transmission configuration indication state. In response to the SRI being equal to a predefined value, the wireless device determines an uplink spatial domain transmission filter based on the one or more SRS resources of the SRS resource set. The wireless device transmits, via a physical uplink shared channel, a transport block with the uplink spatial domain transmission filter.

The wireless device transmits, via the cell and after a number of symbols from a monitoring occasion of the monitoring occasions, a second uplink signal using the candidate reference signal. The monitoring occasion has a latest ending time among ending times of the monitoring occasions.

A first value of the SRS resource set field indicates the PUSCH transmissions are based on the first PTRS-DMRS association field, and a second value of the SRS resource set field indicates the PUSCH transmissions are based on both the first PTRS-DMRS association field and the second PTRS-DMRS association field. The wireless device transmits the PUSCH transmissions based on the SRS resource set field.

The wireless device transmits, in response to the one or more configuration parameters not comprising a two-power-headroom-report-mode (twoPHRMode) parameter that indicates to report two power headroom values associated with two sounding reference signal (SRS) resource sets of the cell, a power headroom medium-access control (MAC) control element (CE) indicating one Type 1 power headroom value for the cell. The one Type 1 power headroom value is determined using: first power control parameters in a first uplink power control set, of the one or more uplink power control sets, associated with a first TCI state of two indicated TCI states; and a first pathloss reference signal associated with the first TCI state.
