Abstract: A method can include receiving, by a wireless device, a first downlink control information (DCI) scheduling transport blocks (TBs) via physical downlink shared channels (PDSCHs) in slots. Each of the TBs can be received via a respective PDSCH of the PDSCHs and in a respective slot of the slots. The first DCI can include a first PDSCH-to-hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback timing indicator set to a first value indicating an inapplicable value. The method can also include receiving the TBs in the slots and receiving a second DCI indicating a second PDSCH group index. The second DCI can include a second PDSCH-to-HARQ feedback timing indicator indicating an applicable value. The method can further include transmitting HARQ feedback information for the TBs in response to the second DCI.

Abstract: A wireless device receives a medium access control control element (MAC CE) indicating activation of a transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state. The MAC CE comprises a TCI state identifier (ID) of the TCI state and a link indicator. A first value of the link indicator indicates that the TCI state ID is from a first list of one or more first TCI state IDs for downlink, and a second value of the link indicator indicates that the TCI state ID is from a second list of one or more second TCI state IDs for uplink. The wireless device communicates, with a base station, based on the TCI state indicated by the TCI state ID and the link indicator.

Abstract: A method for uplink control multiplexing of a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) repetition may include receiving, by a wireless device, a first message indicating PUCCHs for repetitions of uplink control information (UCI). The method may include receiving a second message indicating a number of repetitions of a transport block via physical uplink shared channels (PUSCHs) and indicating a beta offset for multiplexing the UCI via a PUSCH of the PUSCHs. The method may include determining a coding rate based on the beta offset and the number of repetitions. The method may include transmitting, based on the coding rate and in response to the PUCCHs overlapping with the PUSCHs in at least one symbol, the UCI and the transport block multiplexed in the PUSCHs.

Abstract: A wireless device increments a beam failure instance counter based on a first beam failure instance indication for one or more first reference signals (RSs) for beam failure detection. The wireless device receives a medium access control control element (MAC CE) indicating one or more second RSs for beam failure detection. The wireless device increments the beam failure instance counter based on a second beam failure instance indication for the one or more second RSs. The DCI schedules a PDSCH reception via code block groups (CBGs). The M-DCI schedules multiple PDSCH receptions for a cell. A number of the feedback bits is based on a larger of a first number of schedulable PDSCHs by the M-DCI and a second number of the CBGs.
