摘要: A building monitoring system includes a sensor configured to sense a condition and collect sensor data related to the sensed condition. The building monitoring system also includes a server configured to receive the sensor data. The server is configured to analyze the sensor data to detect an undesirable condition and a threat from the undesirable condition within a structure and automatically issue a notification upon detection of the undesirable condition and the threat.

摘要: A system for and method of fighting fires using a monitoring system in communication with a hazard mitigation robot. The monitoring system is comprised of a plurality of sensors receiving data that is analyzed by the monitoring system to identify a potential fire. When a potential fire is detected, the monitoring system dispatches one or more autonomous hazard mitigation robots which navigate to an indicated location, confirm the presence of a fire, and attempt to extinguish the fire using fire suppressant material carried onboard the hazard mitigation robot.

摘要: A method includes receiving, at an insurance provider server and from at least one sensor located at an insured property, sensor data indicative of an insurance risk associated with the insured property. The method also includes determining, based at least in part on the received sensor data, a risk-adjusted insurance premium for an insurance account associated with the insured property. The risk-adjusted insurance premium compensates for the insurance risk associated with the insured property.

摘要: A system includes an energy storage system having a plurality of batteries and a monitoring system operably coupled to the energy storage system. The monitoring system is configured to receive a first measurement corresponding to a characteristic from at least one of the plurality of batteries, determine a baseline from the first measurement, receive a second measurement from the at least one of the plurality of batteries, and compare the second measurement with the baseline to identify an issue with the at least one of the plurality of batteries. The monitoring system is also configured to perform a remediation action in response to the identified issue.

摘要: A method includes reading a digital signal from a sensing device in an area of a structure, where the digital signal is configured to be present periodically. A trailing edge of the digital signal is determined. An analog signal from the sensing device is read, where the analog signal includes an output from a sensor included in the sensing device, and where the sensor is configured to detect an aspect of an environment. The analog signal is read after the trailing edge of the digital signal.

摘要: A method includes receiving, at a server, sensed data from a sensor located in a structure, wherein the sensor is part of an evacuation system for the structure. The method also includes determining, based on the sensed data, whether a threshold relative to the sensed data has been exceeded. The method further includes providing a notification if it is determined that the threshold is exceeded.

摘要: A method for monitoring devices based at least in part on detected conditions includes accumulating, by one or more sensory nodes, sensed information in an area that includes a controllable device. The method also includes analyzing the sensed information to identify historical information regarding the area that includes the controllable device. The method also includes sensing a condition within the area by the one or more sensory nodes. The method also includes determining, based at least in part on the sensed condition and at least in part on the historical information, that the sensed condition relates to the controllable device. The method further includes generating, responsive to said determining, an alert regarding the controllable device.

摘要: A method includes determining, by a first node in a communication network, a listening schedule to be used by the first node. The listening schedule is based at least in part on a battery life of the first node. The method also includes transmitting, by the first node, the listening schedule to a second node in the communication network such that the second node is able to communicate with the first node in accordance with the listening schedule.
