摘要: Providing for prioritization of applications operating on a client device with respect to access to online content or services is described herein. By way of example, the prioritizing can be correlated with allocation of network resources for respective applications. An application having higher priority can be allocated a larger amount of resources, a guaranteed amount of resources, a guaranteed quality of service, first access to resources, or the like. Likewise, an application with lower priority can be allocated a lower amount of resources, have best effort resources, access to residual resources, and so forth. In various embodiments, applications can be prioritized based on a status of the application with respect to the client device. As one illustrative example, applications actively receiving content, responding to user commands, or maximized or displayed on a graphic display can be afforded higher priority, whereas inactive or minimized applications can be afforded a lower priority.

摘要: Video content is identified by a source component via a processor from a plurality of media sources comprising at least two of a wireless broadcast media channel, a web site, a web data feed, and/or a wired broadcast channel for communication via a personalized video channel. A demographic component is configured to classify a user device in a demographic class based on demographic data. A set of predicted video content is generated from the video content of the plurality of media sources based on the demographic data with a prediction component. A streaming component is configured to communicate the set of predicted video content from the plurality of media sources to a mobile component via the personalized video channel and re-configure the personalized video channel to communicate, at different times, the video content identified from different media sources of the plurality of media sources.

摘要: Providing for external control of data network client resources for application-based client network access is described herein. By way of example, the external control can be implemented by a third party service provider in conjunction with delivery of content to the client devices. The external control can be provided over a network gateway, for instance, and facilitate a proxy access to resource allocation components of the data network, or alternatively a direct communication access between the resource allocation components and third party service provider. The external control enables a content service provider to allocate resources on an as-needed basis to subsets of client devices requesting such content. Billing for data network resources as well as for service provider content can be reconciled among the respective networks and client according to a predetermined billing arrangement.

摘要: Financial transactions are tracked and a communication thread related to a financial transaction is generated. A reward stimulus is offered as part of and related to the communication thread. A third party vendor or a bank server can identify the communication thread and initiate a communication with the reward stimulus. A behavior profile can be generated based on the financial transaction and personal data including purchases tracked and spending habits. A communication exchange can be initiated on a mobile device as part of the communication thread based on predetermined options such as important dates, a geophysical location, social networking activity, a reminder, the behavioral profile, an inquiry and/or feedback received or published.

摘要: Disclosed are systems, devices and techniques that generate a set of media portions associated with a set of message inputs for a multimedia message based on a meaning of the words or phrases in the message inputs. A semantic component can determine segments of media content according to words or phrases that are different from words or phrases received. The semantic component is configured to determine portions of media content that convey the same meaning as the words or phrases received, and a multimedia message is then generated with the media content portions.

摘要: Disclosed are systems, devices and techniques that generate a set of media portions associated with a set of message inputs for a multimedia message based on an emoticon or an acronym. A text based message can be received having an emoticon or acronym. The emoticon or acronym is identified in the text based message. A splicing component extracts a set of media content portions from media content, in which the media content portions correspond to the emoticon or acronym received. A multimedia message is generated with the media content portions to convey the text based message as a multimedia message.

摘要: Providing for dynamic allocation of network resources for delivery of network content is described herein. By way of example, network resources can be correlated with real-time network conditions, and monitoring of the network conditions can be employed to track availability of subsets of network resources. Where a subset of network resources allocated to support a particular application is available, the subset of resources can be allocated to one or more client devices, on demand. Where insufficient resource availability exists, resources can be freed up from other subsets of network resources to bolster availability of requested resources to support an application, or a demand for resources can be rejected. Billing for network resources can be in part or in total based on resources consumed, among other dynamic factors, in addition to or in lieu of static factors.

摘要: Disclosed are electronic systems and techniques for implementing financial account labeling. A labeling component generates a label for an account based in part on data implicitly or explicitly provided by a user associated with the account, and applies the label to a subset of a set of funds maintained in the account. A rules component determines or infers a set of rules for the label based in part on data implicitly or explicitly provided by the user, a set of rule generation criteria, and/or a financial collaborative plan. An access component controls, based in part on the set of rules, transactions relating to the subset of funds corresponding to the label.

摘要: Generally described is auto annotation of content. A network service can receive at least partly textual content. The content can be automatically annotated to generate varying sets of the content. The varying sets of content can include varying levels of annotation to better meet user preferences or device capabilities. One or more of the varying sets of content can be output to a content browser, allowing a user of the content browser to see an annotated version of the content.
