摘要： An oil mist separator includes a body inside which a filtering chamber is formed for a filtering unit made up with several centrifugal dust collectors. With an air intake unit, the outside oil mist is sent into the filtering chamber. Then, the centrifugal dust collectors are used to cause a spiral airstream. With a centrifugal force caused by the spiral airstream, the oil mist is made to separate from the air. Next, the filtered air of zero pollution is vented to the atmosphere, and the separated oil mist is collected and recycled. Thus, the oil mist may be separated and the recycled oil mist may be made into a low-level oil product or a release agent used in the building industry for achievement of the effect of environmental protection.

摘要： An automatic dust debris clearing apparatus for a filter drum in a dust collector mainly comprises a guidance support. At least two dust clearing elements are provided at a side of the guidance support and arranged at an equal interval of distance, each of the dust clearing elements being provided with a mount on which much brush may exactly be arranged in each of the grooves on the walls of filterable paper in the filter drum. A drive element is provided with a barometric vat of which one end is pivoted to the central guide rod, and thus the barometric vat functions in the principle of lever to drive the dust clearing elements to turn synchronously, thereby full automatically scraping the dust debris on the filterable paper for achievement of stable operation, scrape with the even force, and long service life of filter drum.

摘要： A drying device for a wood-waste collecting machine includes a blower set on the base of the machine and a heating member connected between the blower and the conveying device of the machine. The blower has an air outlet connected with a windpipe, and the heating member is connected with one end of the windpipe, having a tubular member and a heating element in the tubular member. Between the other end of the heating member and a preset sidewall of the container of the conveying device is provided a pipe joint, for air sucked by the blower blown in the heating member to heat. Then heated air is blown through the air holes of the sidewall of the collecting chamber of the container of the conveying device to dry wood waste therein and then compressed in the compressing device of the machine to become tight solid blocks.

摘要： A dry spray device includes a base, an air-extracting device, a wind force indicator, a first filter, a second filter, an isolating device and a work frame. The isolating device has a spray space for placing a work to be sprayed with paint, and waste gas and paint odor produced during spraying in the spray space in the isolating device is sucked into an interior space in the base by a motor driving a rotary fan in a wind housing fixed on the base to be filtered by the first filter and then through the second filter to become clean air to be exhausted out into open air. As the second filter is arranged in a V-shape in the interior space of the base so that the base can be made compact to let the whole size of the device occupy only a small space.

摘要： A dust collector with an invertible wind exhausting case includes a wind exhausting case consisting of an upper and lower cover, which is respectively provided with two threaded holes of the same size in two lateral sidewalls. Two bolts combine tightly the lower cover with each of two upper horizontal tubes of two upper side frames of a platform truck, by screwing the threaded holes. The threaded holes of the upper cover are sealed up with bolts. In case the position of the fan motor and the sucking tube vase is needed to be inverted upside down, it is enough to screw loose the seal bolts of the platform truck and those of the upper cover and then the wind exhausting case can be inverted upside down and then seal bolts are screwed tight again. Thus the inverting work of the invention is much more simplified than a conventional one.

摘要： An upright two-stage dust collector includes a base unit, a suction blower unit, a filter unit and a dust collecting unit. The suction blower unit has a suction blower body. The filter unit includes a filter body, a coarse particle dust filter cartridge disposed in the filter body, and a fine particle dust filter element disposed in the coarse particle dust filter cartridge. The fine particle dust filter element is coaxially inserted in the coarse particle dust filter cartridge. The air after the first dust collection is filtered by the fine particle dust filter element to perform the second dust collection. Through the combination of the above units, in addition to a two-stage dust collecting effect, the dust collector occupies less space and can be used conveniently.

摘要： A forcing and fixing structure for the filter cylinders of a filter cylinder dust collector includes a housing provided therein with a division plate. Plural twinned setting racks are disposed under the division plate, and plural twinned forcing rods are respectively set on the setting racks, and the forcing rods are respectively and vertically connected with a rotary handle. Further, plural assembling-and-disassembling plates are respectively mounted on each pair of the forcing rods for plurality filter cylinders to be fitted thereon. When the rotary handles are turned to actuate the forcing rods to rotate and drive the assembling-and-disassembling plate to move upward, the filter cylinders can be forced to tight fit with the division plate, thus facilitating assembly and disassembly of filter cylinders, attaining good airtight effect and elevating efficacy of air purification and quality of use of the filter cylinder type dust collector.
