    摘要: A forcing and fixing structure for the filter cylinders of a filter cylinder dust collector includes a housing provided therein with a division plate. Plural twinned setting racks are disposed under the division plate, and plural twinned forcing rods are respectively set on the setting racks, and the forcing rods are respectively and vertically connected with a rotary handle. Further, plural assembling-and-disassembling plates are respectively mounted on each pair of the forcing rods for plurality filter cylinders to be fitted thereon. When the rotary handles are turned to actuate the forcing rods to rotate and drive the assembling-and-disassembling plate to move upward, the filter cylinders can be forced to tight fit with the division plate, thus facilitating assembly and disassembly of filter cylinders, attaining good airtight effect and elevating efficacy of air purification and quality of use of the filter cylinder type dust collector.

    摘要: An electrostatic spray drying system includes an electrostatic spray nozzle having a spray tip assembly arranged to discharge a supply of fluid into a drying chamber. The electrostatic spray nozzle is responsive to a duty cycle signal that determines periods at which the electrostatic spray nozzle is open to inject the fluid. A controller is programmed to activate a pulse width modulation (PWM) mode of operation for the electrostatic spray assembly, initiate a first timer, provide a first duty cycle signal to the electrostatic spray nozzle at a first PWM activation frequency while the first timer has not reached a first pulse duration, initiate a second timer when the first timer has reached the first pulse duration, and provide a second duty cycle signal to the electrostatic spray nozzle at a second PWM activation frequency while the second timer has not reached a second pulse duration.

    摘要: A filtration system is arranged to safely vent a storage room into which a fog mixture is introduced. Venting the storage room reduces and/or prevents a substantial increase in the internal pressure of the storage room. To control the pressure differential between the storage room and the ambient air pressure, a venting manifold with an in-line duct fan is used, for example, to exhaust storage room air into the atmosphere. The exhausted storage room air is filtered to reduce the exfiltration of chemicals and/or other contaminants from the environmentally sealed storage room.
