Abstract:
Closures such as rolling shades or blinds which include a drum for winding slats of the closure body and which are formed by two superposed shafts. Separation devices are provided adapted to prevent any friction between layers of slats wound on the shafts. These devices may include stepped pulleys associated with slat end pieces of different lengths.
Abstract:
A two-speed reducing mechanism for controlling the adjustment of a closure such as a blind having adjustable slats which includes a drive input shaft or wheel which is meshed with a planetary ger system supported by an output drive ring which itself is oriented within a rotatable bushing which may be selectively secured from rotation by a braking device. The planetary gear assembly is also meshed with the bushing so that when the bushing is rotatable, the closure member may be quickly adjusted in a one-to-one drive relationship with respect to the input shaft, however, when the bushing is prevented from rotating, the elements of the planetary gear assembly will rotate upon themselves causing a speed reduction.
Abstract:
A transmitter is adapted to transmit a command, toward one or more receivers. Each receiver is adapted to receive said command and identify said transmitter, which as transmitted it. Furthermore, each receiver is adapted to supply a signal addressed to an installer, for example, a visual signal, by actuating an operator connected to the receiver. The method for matching a transmitter and a receiver includes assigning a subset or a rank to each receiver; then the receivers supply a signal, depending on their subset or their rank, for example, in response to a rank modifying command. When only the receiver to be matched supplies a signal, the installer emits a command from the transmitter. The receiver, which has just supplied the signal, receives the command and is matched to the transmitter, which has transmitted it. the matching is carried out without any action on the receivers, simply by means of commands transmitted from the transmitter.
Abstract:
A safety mechanism for a closing installation, comprising a shaft and an element having teeth for cooperating with a catch which oscillates during rotational movements of the shaft. The mechanism further comprises a safety system including a ring for braking the oscillatory movement of the catch. The movement of the ring is controlled by a detecting system that detects the state of a spring which used to compensate the torque exerted on the shaft by the screen body.
Abstract:
A device for automatically releasing the braking mechanism of roller blinds or shutters or the like which are selectively operated by a motor drivingly connected to the drum of the blind wherein a drive shaft for the drum is prevented from rotating by gripping a brake disk between two rotating plates. Releasing of the brake is automatically effected as soon as the motor is activated by magnetic attraction of a yoke, which includes one of the rotating plates, against a spring element. In the event of an electrical failure, the brake may be released manually by mechanically urging the yoke from the brake disk against the action of the spring element.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a motorized drive device for a closure or solar protection home-automation facility which includes an electromechanical actuator, an electronic control unit and a standalone electric power supply device. The electronic control unit is configured to detect electric power supply and supply interruption periods of the electromechanical actuator from at least one photovoltaic cell, using only a unit for measuring a magnitude linked to the electric power supply of the electromechanical actuator by the at least one photovoltaic cell, and resetting at least one portion of the data stored by the electronic control unit, following the simulation of a sequence of electric power supply and supply interruption periods of the electromechanical actuator, wherein the electric power supply and supply interruption periods are detected via measurement elements.
Abstract:
The present invention provides SERF2, a nucleic acid encoding said SERF2 or a cell expressing SERF2 for use as a medicament, in particular for use for use in treating or preventing an atrophy disease or condition or for increasing cellular growth in a patient such as sarcopenia, cachexia, dystrophy, hypoplasia, hypotonia, or muscle loss, as well as in vitro methods suitable for cell culture proliferation and pharmaceutical compositions.
Abstract:
This actuator device (1) is for actuating a release member for a motor and gearbox unit for applying rotary drive to a tube for winding a closure or solar protection screen. The release member is controlled by means of a cable. The device comprises a tensioner mechanism (20, 30) for tensioning the cable (11) in an actuation direction (Fa, Fa′), at least one locking means for locking the tensioner mechanism, and at least one unlocking means (41a) for unlocking the tensioner mechanism. The unlocking means are actuatable in a direction substantially perpendicular to the actuation direction.
