摘要: A device for treating an effluent composed of liquid and of solid particles to obtain a treated effluent includes a filtration device using gravity separation on a rotating cloth having an inlet intended to receive the effluent to be treated and a first and a second outlet, the filtration device being designed to separate the effluent into a first flow and a second flow, the second flow comprising sludges comprising solid particles, the first flow leaving the filtration device through the first outlet, the second flow leaving the filtration device through the second outlet, and at least one recirculation device designed to recirculate at least a part of the sludges of the second flow to the inlet of the filtration device, the second outlet being linked to the at least one recirculation device. A method for treating an effluent is also provided.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for thermally drying pasty products, in particular wastewater sludge, and a belt dryer implementing such a method. The principle consists of partitioning the drying operations and using, for each of the successive operations, a different quality of air: (i) hot air for “searing” the sludge, (ii) low temperature air, then (iii) cold air for quenching the sludge before the extraction of same. Also proposed are loops of air supply circuits making it possible to optimize the energy consumption of the dryer by reusing energy produced within these circuits. Moreover, the loops make it possible to recover unavoidable low temperature energy or cheap energy, further optimising the consumption of the dryer.

摘要: A method for treating effluents containing nitrogen in the form of ammonium, implementing chemical reactions for oxidizing and reducing the nitrogen in a sequencing batch reactor, the method including: introducing a volume of effluents to be treated into the reactor, injecting oxygen or air into the reactor for partial oxidation of the ammonium into nitrites and/or nitrates, interrupting the injection of oxygen or air, thus producing gaseous nitrogen, depositing the sludge at the bottom of the reactor and clarifying the content of the reactor close to the surface of same, discharging a clarified fraction of the content of the reactor. The draining and feeding steps occur simultaneously. During the feeding step, the volume of effluents is introduced close to the bottom of the reactor. During the draining step, the clarified fraction of the content of the reactor is discharged close to the surface of the content of the reactor.

摘要: Process for treating effluents containing nitrogen in ammonium form, using a sequential biological reactor (1), according to which: a volume of effluents to be treated in one complete cycle is introduced into the biological reactor in one or more successive fractions by volume, each fraction by volume being treated during a subcycle; each subcycle comprises a phase of feeding with a fraction by volume, and at least a first aerated step, during which total or partial oxidation of the ammonium to nitrites takes place by injection of air or of oxygen into the effluent, a settling out and emptying step taking place after the end of the complete cycle; the weight of N—NH4 to be treated is determined from the volume of effluents in the reactor at the end of the feeding phase, and from the difference between the initial N—NH4 concentration in the reactor and a concentration desired at the end of the aerated step, a maximum aeration time TM is dedicated to the aerated step, and an initial air flow rate Qairinit, for the beginning of the aerated step, is determined by taking into account the weight of N—NH4 to be treated and the maximum aeration time TM.

The control system initiates a slush comminution and separation or dewatering cycle when a control parameter CP based on the operating parameter OP reaches a threshold value CPt. The control parameter may represent a cumulative energy input to the storage tank 22. Comminution may be performed prior to separation, with the treatment cycle being terminated when a sensed rheometric parameter RP of the slush circulating in the treatment flowpath reaches a target value RPt.

The hydrothermal reaction step includes: a step of injection of sludge in which the sludge is injected into the reactor by a first inlet; a step of injection of steam in which steam is injected into the reactor by a second inlet, the second inlet being distinct from the first inlet; a step of circulation, in which a mixture consisting of the sludge and the steam injected into the reactor is placed in circulation within the reactor; a step of continuous extraction of at least a portion of the mixture contained in the reactor by a sludge outlet. Also disclosed is a device for carrying out such a method.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for ultra-dehydrating thickened or pasty biomass products, in particular sludge from wastewater treatment plants, according to which the products, in particular products having a dryness of 4% to 25%, are subjected to the following steps: hydrothermal carbonization treatment, including pressurization (1, 2) and thermal conditioning (30) for a duration in a closed reactor (4); followed by dehydration of the products by a ram press (12), obtaining a dryness of more than 50%; the temperature of the product upstream from the ram press dehydration being regulated by cooling between 40° C. and 90° C., advantageously to around 70° C., in order to optimize the filterability in the piston press; the steps of the method being performed in a confined space making it possible to prevent the release of smells into the atmosphere.
