    摘要: A liquid solid separator tank has a motor driven recirculating belt having rollers placed therein processing a mixture of materials. The top belt brings wet materials into a collection trough having overflow weirs disposed externally. These weirs permit overflow liquids to flow down towards a main tank; then, a sump pump reintroduces water back into an influent basin to cleanse the mixture once again. Also, the action of a motor driven auger within the trough forces solids towards a dewatering box attached externally thereto. This box has a motor driven rotating cage mounted on moveable rollers and internally attached removable brushes that act to clean the outer surface of the cage as it moves in addition to a stationary high pressure wash. A shroud channels the influent liquid solid mixture towards a filtered water basin disposed directly underneath the lower belt portion permitting cleansed water to be removed therefrom.

The blade also includes a second wing swept downward in the vertical direction and outward in a second horizontal direction relative to the leading edge. The second horizontal direction is opposite of the first horizontal direction.

    摘要: This combined dehydration device continuously supplies primarily dehydrated sludge to a sludge supply part, the combined dehydration device including: a multiple rotary disk-type solid-liquid separation device and an electroosmosis dehydration device. In the multiple rotary disk-type solid-liquid separation device, a plurality of rotary shafts in which a plurality of rotary disks are fitted and mounted are arranged from the upstream side toward the downstream side and pivotally supported; while the rotary disks are rotated, water to be treated including sludge is supplied from over the rotary disks at the upstream side and is subjected to a primary dehydration treatment; and first dehydrated sludge on the rotary disks is fed and discharged from a sludge discharge part located at the most downstream portion of the rotary disks. In the electroosmosis dehydration device, a sludge supply part is provided at the upstream side of an endless filtration fabric spread between rollers.

    摘要: A system and method for the separation of oil and water. Contaminated water is introduced into a settling and separating bowl through an inlet pipe. The contaminants float to the top and are recovered by a weir skimmer. The weir skimmer is fluidly connected to a recovered oil tank which receives the recovered oil. An oil separator filter belt is located in the separating bowl and separates the bowl into two segments: an upstream end on the side closest to the inlet and a downstream end on the opposite side of the inlet of the belt. The oil separator filter belt aggregates entrapped and entrained oil and other contaminants.

Each guide part is arranged between the vacuum box and the endless moving filter belt. Each guide part has a first groove, and an endless seal belt configured to run in the first groove in contact with the low pressure side. A detachable wear strip is arranged in the first groove of each guide part between the endless seal belt and the guide part.

The system comprises a thickener having a settling tank; a mixing chamber in communication with the thickener for receiving an effluent from the settling tank, and a flocculating agent tank; wherein a valve is provided for selectively limiting a flow of flocculating agent from the flocculating agent tank to the mixing chamber. An optical detector is provided in optical communication with an effluent from the mixing chamber, and an automation controller is provided in communication with the detector and the valve. In use, the automation controller receives data from the detector and provides a control signal to the valve based on the data from the detector.

    摘要: This invention relates to a sieve cloth and a method of connecting the sieve cloth to a sieve apparatus having an endless sieve cloth supported by a support belt which, in operation, is structured to rotate around at least two spaced-apart turning rollers. The method includes the steps of providing at least one sieve cloth sheet having an upper side, a lower side, two side portions and a first end portion and a second end portion extending between the side portions; bringing at least a portion of the sieve cloth sheet into engagement with a portion of the support belt; positioning the sieve cloth sheet against the support belt by moving the support belt around the turning rollers; bringing at least two adjoining end portions into engagement with each other until the at least one sieve cloth sheet forms an endless sieve cloth.
