摘要: Water or wastewater filtration systems and processes have a filter tank having a floor and sidewall defining a filtration zone, an influent conduit, and an effluent conduit. One or more filtration members in the tank having filter media, and one or more cleaning members adjacent at least some portions of the filter media. Generating an effluent stream by generating a pressure differential across submerged portions of the filtration media, causing water in the influent to flow from outside to inside the submerged portions of the filter media. A prime mover rotates the filtration members. A blower and chamber for creating a reduced pressure condition in each of the cleaning members when they are non-submerged, the chamber receiving wet solids removed from non-submerged, wet solids-laden portions of the filter media by the non-submerged cleaning members subsequent to submerged, fouled portions of the filter media being rotated out of the filtration zone.

The base unit includes a seat having a through hole, and a container disposed on the seat, corresponding in position to the through hole and having a drainage space. The rotating unit is disposed on the base unit and includes a rotating disc mounted on the seat and having a rotating part that is rotatable relative to the seat, a converging seat connected to the rotating part and having a collecting space that is in fluid communication with the drainage space, a plurality of guiding pipes extending into the converging seat, and a plurality of valve seats respectively disposed on the guiding pipes. The external unit is connected to the rotating unit and includes a rotating cover disposed above the seat, and a plurality of filtering modules disposed on the rotating cover.

摘要: Processes and systems for recovering products from a corn fermentation mash. In one example, a process for recovering products from a corn fermentation mash can include separating ethanol from a fermentation mash to produce a whole stillage. The fermentation mash can be derived from a ground corn product milled from a plurality of corn pieces. The plurality of corn pieces can include whole corn kernels, fragmented corn kernels, size-reduced corn kernels, milled corn kernels, or a mixture thereof. Greater than 25 wt % of the ground corn product can have a particle size of greater than 105 μm and greater than 80 wt % of the ground corn product can have a particle size of 425 μm or less, as measured according to AOAC 965.22-1966. The process can also include separating the whole stillage to produce a fiber rich portion and a filtrate.

摘要: The invention pertains to a water filter unit with an integrated lifting system, comprising a water filter, at least two lifting pillars, at least two sleeves and a slide connector wherein the sleeves are attached at the corners of the water filter, the length axis of the sleeves being perpendicular to the mounting surface of the water filter, the lifting pillars are arranged to fit inside the sleeves, wherein the length axis of the lifting pillars coincide with the length axis of the sleeves, such that the sleeves may slide along the lifting pillars, thereby forming at least two lifting pillar and sleeve pairs, wherein the at least two pairs are connected to at least one lifting aid for lifting the water filter unit from an operative position to a raised position, and the slide connector comprises a filter side connector connected to the water filter unit arranged for connection to an external source thereby forming a fluid connection between the water filter unit and the external source when the water filter unit is lowered into the operative position. Furthermore, the invention discloses a lifting system for a water filter unit.

摘要: A dip tank and recycling system for applying antimicrobial solution to food items, including a dip tank having a bottom and sides, and holding a liquid antimicrobial solution. A conveyor to convey food items through the tank passes through the liquid antimicrobial solution held in the tank such that food items conveyed on the conveyor are dipped in the liquid antimicrobial solution. At least two discharge nozzles spray fresh antimicrobial solution into the tank. The discharge nozzles are located in the sides of the tank, and are positioned above the level of the conveyor but below an expected top level of the liquid antimicrobial solution contained within the tank such that food items conveyed on the conveyor are agitated by the force of the spray from the discharge nozzles. The spray from the discharge nozzles causes unstacking of items on the conveyor, producing an even application of the antimicrobial solution.

摘要: A double-action pusher centrifuge separates a mixture into solid cake and liquid. The pusher centrifuge includes a screen drum rotatable about an axis and in which a pusher base device is arranged to be movable along the axis of rotation. The solid cake is displaced by an outer ring region of the pusher base device. A plurality of axial passage openings are disposed in the outer ring region and connect front and rear regions of the screen drum. A feed unit is arranged at an inflow disk such that the mixture can be introduced via the feed unit and the inflow disk into empty space on the screen drum on displacement of the solid cake. An inflow gap applies the mixture into the empty space, and is between an inflow edge of the inflow disk and a pusher base plate of the pusher base device with an inflow region.
