    摘要: A power tool has a body, a trigger, a motor, a shaft set, a ball screw, and a pre-fastening module. The pre-fastening module has a first pre-fastening detecting member and a second pre-fastening detecting member. The first pre-fastening detecting member is moved with a connecting shaft of the shaft set in an axial direction. The second pre-fastening detecting member is located on a moving path of the ball screw. When a threaded spindle of the shaft set is inserted in a rivet nut and the connecting shaft is pressed to move inward the body, the first pre-fastening detecting member is moved to align with the second pre-fastening detecting member, and the motor is started automatically to drive the threaded spindle to rotate relative to the rivet nut. The motor will be stopped automatically after the rivet nut is pre-fastened on the threaded spindle, and this is convenient in use.

    摘要: A brushless motor stator includes a stator core and a stator winding. The stator core has a stator frame, a coil carrier and multiple pole shoes. The coil carrier is mounted on one of the two openings of the stator frame and has a tooth base and multiple teeth. The teeth are formed on a top surface of the tooth base. The pole shoes are formed on the inner annular surface of the stator frame. The stator winding is formed by using a single wire to wind around the tooth base, the multiple teeth and the multiple pole shoes, and passing through three of the multiple slots of the coil carrier to extend beyond the outer annular surface of the stator frame to form three extended segments to correspond to U-phase, V-phase and W-phase output terminals of a motor, thereby reducing the number of spot-welding on a wiring board.

    摘要: A motor-driving device of an electric caulking gun has a micro-controller unit (MCU), a direction-changing module, a motor and a speed sensor. The direction-changing module and the speed sensor are electrically connected to the MCU. The direction-changing module is electrically connected to the motor, and the speed sensor detects a speed of the motor. The MCU is built in with a speed determination procedure comparing an actual speed of the motor acquired from the speed sensor with a preset speed. If the actual speed is lower than the preset speed, it indicates that the resistance at a tube nozzle of the electrical caulking gun increases and the direction-changing module increases the speed of the motor to maintain a preset caulk discharge rate. Given the motor-driving device, the operational inconvenience arising from the unstable caulk discharge rate of conventional electric caulking gun can be tackled.

    摘要: A power cell and charger assembly for an electrical tool has a power cell with two locking devices and a charger base with a sliding cover. The power cell and the charger base slidably engage each other. By setting the locking devices composed of push buttons and biasing members, the power cell and the charger base can be firmly engaged and conveniently detached. Additionally, the sliding cover protects the electrodes from corroding or becoming dusty when power cell is not attached to the charger base. Therefore, the power cell is conveniently attached to or disengaged from the charger base, and the power cell and charger assembly has long life span when the electrodes are kept clean by the sliding cover.
