The non-structural liner panels are formed from sheet metal having less thickness than the structural liner panels. Both panels are secured to a building framework and to each other. The outboard ends of the structural liner panels comprise mounting surfaces for fastening an outer facing wall for the building.

    摘要: This invention relates to repairing the water leakage problem of panel joints in an exterior building surface. In addition, this method may also be used to project new panel joints. A long lasting effective repair method is provided by using two extruded component parts assembled in the field to cover up the existing panel joints such that a number of P.E. Cavities and air links are created to form P.E. Seals around the existing panel joints such that elements such as exterior water can no longer reach the leaking joints. Since P.E. Seals can tolerate a significant degree of imperfection without causing the water infiltration problem, the effectiveness of the repair work can be expected to last for a long time.

    摘要: This invention relates to the construction of a composite beam structure in a composite steel deck floor system. A T-shaped beam is welded through the valleys of the steel deck onto the top flange of the supporting beam. After concrete pouring, the T-beam is buried within the concrete slab to act as the shear transferring device to achieve the composite beam action. The T-beam also serves to strengthen the supporting beam in resisting the load during the concreting operation and to facilitate the placement of the concrete shrinkage control wire mesh.
