    Abstract: A cable insertion device includes a first block having a row of slots and a second block assembled onto the first block. A row of upper semicircular holes corresponding to the row of slots is formed on the second block. The cable insertion device includes a third block assembled onto the first block. A row of lower semicircular holes corresponding to the row of slots is formed on the third block. One of the upper semicircular holes and one of the lower semicircular holes are combined into a guide hole for guiding a cable into a cable hole of a connector housing. The cable insertion device includes a locking component clamped between the first block and the third block and having elastic cantilevers corresponding to the slots. Each of the elastic cantilevers extends into one of the slots and rests against the cable inserted into the cable hole.

    Abstract: A connector crimping device includes a first movable block movable along a first direction and formed with a sliding slot extending along the first direction, a second movable block movable along the sliding slot, and an installation shaft rotatably installed to the first movable block and passing through the second movable block. The installation shaft includes a first shaft portion rotationally mated with the first movable block and having a first central axis extending along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The installation shaft has a second shaft portion rotationally mated with the second movable block and having a second central axis extending along the second direction. The second central axis is offset by a predetermined distance from the first central axis. A movement distance of the second movable block relative to the first movable block in the first direction is adjustable by rotating the installation shaft.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a connector and a connector assembly. The connector has an outer housing and an inner housing detachably mounted in the outer housing for holding a terminal in the outer housing. The connector is adapted to be mounted on corresponding electrical equipment and mate with a corresponding mating connector. A first mating feature adapted to mate with the corresponding electrical equipment and a second mating feature adapted to mate with the corresponding mating connector are formed on the inner housing. In the present invention, when it is necessary to change the identification feature on the connector, only the inner housing or a part of the inner housing of the connector needs to be replaced without replacing the whole outer housing. Therefore, the cost is low and the use is very convenient.

    Abstract: A hot press welding head includes a main body having a front side surface and a rear side surface opposite to each other in its transverse direction, and a curved bottom surface between bottom edges of the front side surface and the rear side surface. The bottom edge of the front side surface is lower than the bottom edge of the rear side surface in a height direction of the main body. Multiple positioning slots are formed on the curved bottom surface. The multiple positioning slots are arranged in a row along a longitudinal direction of the main body for simultaneously positioning multiple welded wires.     Abstract: A connector component incudes an engagement hole adapted to engage with an elastic buckle of another connector component, and a pair of radial protrusions formed on an inner surface of the engagement hole. The connector component is rotatable around the elastic buckle inserted into the engagement hole between an assembly position and a disassembly position. The connector component is adapted such that, with the connector component is in the assembly position, the elastic buckle is not radially pressed by the radial protrusion and a radial interference amount between the elastic buckle and the engagement hole is equal to a predetermined interference amount. With the connector component in the disassembly position, the elastic buckle is radially pressed by the radial protrusion, and the radial interference amount between the elastic buckle and the engagement hole is less than the predetermined interference amount reducing an unlocking force required to unlock the elastic buckle.
