    摘要: Composition produced from paving grade asphalt, process oil (not over 32%) and SBR rubber or rubbers, such as butadiene-styrene copolymers, in decreasing amounts by weight. A preferred range is asphalt 41.9-61.25%, process oil 18-25%, lower molecular weight butadiene-styrene copolymer 8-17%, higher molecular weight butadiene-styrene copolymer 2-4% and filler, such as limestone dust, 0-20%. Other preferred formulae are shown, as well as temperature and other conditions of the preferred method, including reheating of composition for application to joints, cracks and the like.

    摘要: A concrete cure is provided which is totally water based and completely void of solvents. A moisture impermeable film is attained when the cure is applied to fresh concrete. The cure forms a barrier over the concrete allowing it to retain over 95% of the mixing water for a minimum of 72 hours when applied at the rate of 200 ft.sup.2 /gallon (5m.sup.2 /dm.sup.3). The concrete cure of the invention is a mixture of a hydrocarbon resin, emulsifying agents, paraffinic wax, and water. The cure may be provided in a clear or pigmented formulation. A method for making the concrete cure is also disclosed.

    摘要: A process for manufacturing fiberboard by preparing a fiber slurry mixture including containing cellulose fibers and water then atomizing a liquid bituminous material, such as asphalt. The liquid bituminous material is atomized by mixing it with a pressurized gas, such as compressed air, forming a mist comprising droplets of bituminous material having a diameter between 20 microns and 50 microns. A water spray solidifies the bituminous material droplets thereby forming bituminous particles which fall into the fiber slurry within the spray chamber. From there the slurry is sheared, dewatered, and dried, forming a finished fiberboard.
