    摘要： Fastening device for coupling ploughing elements in agricultural cultivation machines, the ploughing elements including ploughshares, points, blades or any similar type of tool, the fastening device including an intermediate fastening element, formed by a solid body, which joins the ploughing element to the support arm; the intermediate fastening element being equipped with a fastening arrangement for linking thereof to the support arm; a guiding arrangement for insertion of the former inside the ploughing element; and an aperture, passable transversely with respect to the direction of the guiding arrangement and intended for insertion of a retractable pin which, in an insertion position for the pin, acts as a retaining element for the ploughing element with respect to the intermediate fastening element such that the fastening device enables the user/operator to manually replace or reposition the ploughing element, avoiding any need for accessory tools for this purpose.

    摘要： A long wearing deep tillage sweep includes a central point member having a leading tip and attached to a shank at an angle to the horizontal of approximately 30 degrees. A pair of wings having the shape of a parallelogram are fixed to the lower, forward portion of the point with the sides of the wings parallel to the forward direction of travel and with the leading and trailing edges extending outwardly from the member and parallel to the surface of the ground when the shank is in the normal field-working position. The top surface of the wings has a shallower angle than the point surface, which, together with the horizontal leading and trailing wing edges, reduces soil disturbance. The wings are closely adjacent the tip of the point member so that the angle of the resultant force on the sweep closely approximates that of a straight point alone and the depth of tillage is more consistent than tools having wings offset a greater distance from the leading tip. The leading portions of the wings are hardened, and the wings and point include upwardly and rearwardly directed rear walls which provide a self-sharpening effect as the leading edges wear.

    摘要： A tillage tool appendage which includes a base plate or shank portion, adapted to be connected to the frame of the tillage tool, and a plow point bar-overcap welded to the base plate or shank portion. The plow point bar-overcap includes a leading edge lip which overhangs the base plate or shank portion so as to extend past the lower or bottom surface of the base plate or shank portion, and an overcap which lies atop the base plate or shank portion. Weld metal is deposited between the leading edge lip and the base plate or shank portion in a shielded location and is utilized for joining the plow point bar-overcap to the base plate or shank portion.
