摘要: An air flow system for a horticulture application is configured to facilitate simplified, reconfigurable air flow. Via use of adaptable and reconfigurable inlet ports, outlet ports, and a number and/or configuration of ventilation socks, the air flow system may be customizable to each respective application and/or produce increased plant density and/or health in horticultural applications. The ventilation socks may be disposed along rows of plants. The air flow system may be locally mounted to a scaffold system.

摘要: An indoor gardening appliance includes a grow module that is seated on a turntable that is rotatably mounted within a grow chamber and is rotated by a drive assembly. A position sensing assembly monitors an angular position using two proximity sensors, such as Hall-effect sensors, mounted below the sump at the same circumferential position but at different radial positions. The turntable includes a plurality of proximity indicators, such as magnets, positioned at each of three circumferential positions on the turntable and at different radiuses to define a two-digit binary code corresponding to each of the three circumferential positions that is detectable by the proximity sensors.

摘要: A vertical garden having an assemblage of parts that facilitates packaging and transportation in a disassembled state and/or one or more features that provide an enhanced leakproof design. The assemblage includes a base and planter modules that are stackable atop the base to form a vertical column of stacked modules for growing plants when in a fully-assembled state. The planter modules may be nestable within each other to form a compact bundle of nested modules that is smaller in size than the vertical column of stacked modules when in a disassembled state, thereby providing a kit that facilitates compact packaging of the vertical garden. An intermediate portion of the garden may have a divider that separates a drain path from the fill port of the device, thereby restricting leakage. A catch basin may be provided for capturing debris. A modular grow lighting system also may be provided.

摘要: A system for the fertigation of a plant vessel and method of use for the same is disclosed. The system comprises a grow module containing a plurality of growing trays additionally containing plants, and/or shoots of plants in various stages of development. The growing trays are individually extracted from the grow module via a tray movement system and tray elevator controlled by a control system and precisely placed in a fertigation system, wherein they are aligned over and lowered onto an at least one nozzle which penetrate the plant vessels containing the plants and fertigate them with a combination of water, nutrients, and/or pressurized air. The individual growing tray is then replaced in the grow module and the process is repeated for all growing trays and plant vessels in the grow module.
