摘要： A cutter for cutting elongated foodstuff includes a frame, via which frame, the cutter is connected to a support surface or surfaces, and two cutting rollers connected to the frame in parallel in relation to each other at a distance apart. The cutting rollers include a plurality of circular cutting blades, and the cutter includes means for adjusting the distance between the cutting rollers by rotating the cutter or part of the cutter in relation to its support surface or surfaces. The means for adjusting the distance between cutting rollers includes a two-part frame, where the first roller is connected to the first frame part, and the second roller is connected to the second frame part. Further disclosed is an apparatus for producing elongated foodstuff equipped with such a cutter.

摘要： An apparatus for cutting out noodle can prevent damage to scraping teeth of a scraper and prevent noodle threads from being caught at a fixing position of the scraper. The apparatus includes a housing, a first roller having a first receiving portion, a second roller having a second receiving portion, a first scraper secured at a first fixing position and having first scraping teeth inserted in the first receiving portion, a second scraper having second scraping teeth, a third scraper secured at a second secured position and having third scraping teeth, and a fourth scraper having fourth scraping teeth. The first and third scrapers include first and second transfer holes, respectively. The first fixing position is located more outwardly in a horizontally outward direction than a second tooth tip, and the third fixing position is located more outwardly in the horizontally outward direction than a fourth tooth tip.

摘要： To provide a method of manufacturing waved noodles, which saves labor of controlling weight of noodle lines at the time of cutting the noodle lines and restrains apparatus cost. A continuous noodle strip 26 with predetermined thickness formed by a noodle machine 2 is cut into a noodle strip 28 with a length for one meal by a cutter 20. The noodle strip for one meal is slit into the noodle lines by a slitter 22. Then, a waving box continuously arranged at a lower portion of the slitter waves the noodle lines for one meal. Waved noodle lines 30 for one meal are conveyed one by one by a conveyer 32 and dropped from the front end of the conveyer toward a shooter 34. The noodle lines 30 dropped from the front end of the conveyer toward the shooter 34 hang downwardly at their front parts 30a to extend their waves and to loosen their sticking parts and fall pulling their rear parts 30b.
