    摘要： An apparatus for cutting out noodle can prevent damage to scraping teeth of a scraper and prevent noodle threads from being caught at a fixing position of the scraper. The apparatus includes a housing, a first roller having a first receiving portion, a second roller having a second receiving portion, a first scraper secured at a first fixing position and having first scraping teeth inserted in the first receiving portion, a second scraper having second scraping teeth, a third scraper secured at a second secured position and having third scraping teeth, and a fourth scraper having fourth scraping teeth. The first and third scrapers include first and second transfer holes, respectively. The first fixing position is located more outwardly in a horizontally outward direction than a second tooth tip, and the third fixing position is located more outwardly in the horizontally outward direction than a fourth tooth tip.

    摘要： A machine for slitting metal sheet into strips includes a fixed upper beam and a lower beam that is displaceable vertically. Both beams support slitter heads that move along the beams. Each beam carries an arbor that rotates in it and extends through the slitter heads on it. Each beam also has a fixed threaded shaft and lock rods that extend through the slitter heads on it. Each slitter head carries a knife that rotates with the arbor for its beam. Each slitter head also has a motor-driven nut that engages the threaded shaft extending through the beam and, when rotated, moves the slitter head along its beam. The slitter heads have clamps, which clamp down on the lock rods to secure the slitter heads in fixed positions. The knives rotate about axes that are skewed slightly relative to the axes of the arbors that drive them.

The assembly includes a modular construction disposal within and removal from a processing line associated with the path of travel.

    摘要： An apparatus for rotational stamping of stamped blanks with a defined geometry and size from a flat material comprises a tool, which comprises plural cutting dies and cutting holes. A first tool support rotates about a first axis and a second tool support rotates about a second axis. The first axis and the second axis are disposed in parallel and at a radial distance from one another, so that a radial offset for forming a pass-through gap for the flat material is provided between the first tool support and the second tool support. The cutting dies penetrate the cutting holes precisely fitting through counteracting rotation of the tool supports. The invention provides that the cutting dies and the cutting holes are disposed respectively on the circumference of the first tool support and on the circumference of the second tool support, in a seamless and alternating pattern, so that the flat material is processed into stamped blanks in a single step without lost or scrap pieces.
