摘要： A smoking device can include a tube with an axis, a proximal end, a distal end and a restriction located between the proximal and distal ends. A combustion space is located axially inside the tube between the restriction and the distal end. The combustion space can contain a combustion product. In addition, a sleeve can be removably mounted to an exterior of the tube. The sleeve can be formed from an elastic material and have a storage configuration that can completely encapsulate both the proximal end and the distal end of the tube to seal the tube. The sleeve also can have a use configuration mounted to the proximal end of the tube, and removed from the distal end of the tube to allow air flow through the tube and the sleeve.

摘要： A cigar shaped pipe, ideally made from premium materials such as briar, yet designed to be low cost to manufacture. The device may use a comparatively thin-walled combustion chamber, which both keeps material costs to a minimum, as well as an in-line Reverse Calabash chamber to reduce the problem of tongue bite by reducing the temperature and moisture of the smoke. In some embodiments, the pipe will further use an end cap, ether for pipe storage or during smoking. This optional end-cap may be made of the same or similar materials as the main pipe body, and thus will have a same or similar thermal expansion properties, as well as having the same or similar beneficial combustion chamber properties. This end cap may utilize O-rings or screw threads to hold the pipe's end cap onto position, thus enabling easy loading and cleaning.

The filter region is disposed between the retainer lip and the filter stop. In some examples, the smoking apparatus includes a filter tool to help extract a compressible filter from the filter holder.

The integrated pipe and lighter system of the present invention substantially ensures the smoker will always have a “light” for consuming tobacco products.
