摘要： An ornamental accessory includes a face plate, a trigger plate, and a movable clamp plate. The face plate has a rear side provided with a plate groove with plate wings projecting from both sides of the plate groove. The trigger plate is pivotally connected to the plate wings and has an L-shaped rod neck with trigger pieces extending from an end portion. The movable clamp plate has a clamp body having a top portion with two inverted L-shaped plate hooks and is pivotally connected to the plate wings. Each plate hook has an inner portion forming a rod recess, with a stop boss projecting from one end. When the trigger plate is pulled, the rods advance along inner walls of the plate hooks into said rod recesses to move the clamp plate.

摘要： A clip assembly for gripping a sheet of material. The assembly includes first and second jaw members having ramp portions which are joined along a common hinge. The ramp portions form divergent inclined planes, and are surrounded by a sliding collar. As the sliding collar is moved from the hinge area toward the grip portions of the jaws, the latter are forced together against the sheet of material. A releasable ratchet pawl locks the sliding collar against reverse movement. The clip assembly is suitable for fabrication from injection molded plastic.

The arcuate bottom (14) is placed on a support shelf, pivot pin receiver holes (25) of an operation member (20) receive pivot pins (4) formed in a pair of side walls (3) for the lower clipping member (1) and is forcibly pressed downward, both top ends of the lower and upper clipping members (1,10) are pinched together in a closed position by elastic power of plastic material. When a rear area of the operation member (20) is moved up the rear wall (15) forcibly presses it onto a tongue-like actuation cam (24). This action causes opening between the lower and upper clipping members by the power of a fulcrum function of the arcuate bottom (14) of the upper clipping member (10).

摘要： A wearable napkin holding clamp includes a substantially planar base hingedly connected to a movable jaw and carries an L-shaped lever and a spring clip. The base, movable jaw and L-shaped lever together bear a loose resemblance to a clamp for use with suspenders (e.g., for attachment to the waist band of the pants). The base includes a base jaw, a base central aperture and has first and second opposing perpendicular journal tabs, each with a coaxial journal hole therethrough. The base also preferably includes first and second elongate raised salient features which are disposed substantially parallel to the base sidewalls and to one another and are spaced apart by a selected spacing defining a groove or trough therebetween. The movable jaw also includes teeth, spring center tabs received in the base central aperture, and first and second oppositely projecting side tabs disposed between the upwardly projecting base wall and base journals to provide a spring biasing force (in cooperation with a biasing force provided by the center tabs) tending to force the movable jaw into an open position. The L-shaped lever includes a substantially planar front cover attached at one end to a substantially perpendicular camming lever arm having, on opposite sides, first and second axial tabs sized to be received in the coaxially aligned opposing base journal tab holes. The spring clip is preferably fabricated from spring steel wire or the like and includes a number of compound curves and bends forming an elongate narrow clip arm terminating in a clip arm distal end. The spring clip also includes first and second yoke members exerting a spring force, biasing the clip arm into close proximity with the back surface of the base; the clip arm is thereby disposed intermediate the first and second base elongate salient features.

摘要： Disclosed is a fastener including a first and a second member, the first member having a post attached thereto extending toward said second member in a complementary relation, and the second member being connected to the first in a hinge-like relation, the second member having an opening therein for receiving the post attached to the first member. The post is attached to the first member in a complementary relation to the opening in the second member, such that when the suspender fastener is in a closed position the post remains attached to the first member, extends through the fabric of the garment being supported, and is received by the opening in the second member, whereby the fabric of the garment being supported is substantially held fixed. Furthermore, also disclosed is a reinforcement placed in the fabric of the garment to be held, such that the reinforcement is positioned intermediate the first and second members when in operation. The reinforcement has a sufficiently large opening for receiving and securing the post.
