    摘要: The present invention is to provide a clipping device made of plastic and which can surely grasp any good regardless a thickness thereof and which comprises a first clamping member 10, a second clamping member 11 rotatably supported at a part of the first clamping member 10, an elastically resilient member 13 integrally formed on a part of the first clamping member 10 and giving the second clamping member 11 a bias force to cause the second clamping member 11 to be moved to a direction whereby the second clamping member 11 to be opened, a coupling piece member 14 integrally formed on a part of the second clamping member 11, and an operation member 15 rotatably supported on a part of the first clamping member 10, and in that by coupling the coupling piece member with the operation member, the first and the second clamping members are fixed to each other.

    摘要: An RF tag reading apparatus reads information from RF tags affixed to postal envelopes by a single operation. An article container contains a large number of postal envelopes provided with RF tags. A reader antenna, which is connected to an interrogator via a coaxial cable, is disposed under the article container. Maximum gain directions of the RF tags of the respective postal envelopes are uniformly directed to the reader antenna. The respective postal envelopes contained in the article container are arranged face to face with each other in a direction orthogonal to the maximum directions of the RF tags. Since a maximum gain direction of the reader antenna is oriented toward a base end surface of the article container, the maximum gain directions of the RF tags are opposed to the maximum gain direction of the reader antenna.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method for automatically determining the median line of a selected region of a human body so as to simplify complex imaging required hithero for a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus, and, in the method, an artifact of the imaged selected region of the human body is utilized to automatically determine the median line. For example, two artifacts 1010 and 1020 intersecting each other appear from the superior sagittal sinus as shown in FIG. 1 when the direction of phase encoding is changed. By subtracting one of these artifacts 1010 and 1020 from the other and calculating the absolute value of the result of subtraction, the point 1030 of intersection of the artifacts determines the location of the superior sagittal sinus which is the source of apperance of the artifacts, so that the median line can be automatically determined on the basis of the result of determination of location of the superior sagittal sinus.

    摘要: A slice selection gradient magnetic field used in a pulse sequence for generating a spin echo signal is applied in such a fashion that its polarity at the time of a 90.degree. pulse becomes opposite to the one at the time of 180.degree. pulse, in order to expand a dynamic range of blood flow speed measurement. When the blood flow speed contains a component in a slice vertical direction, the gradient magnetic field in the slice vertical direction is adjusted so that the phase changes of two sets of flow encoded pulses contained in the slice vertical direction are opposite to each other.The flow speed in the direction of the readout gradient magnetic field, which is a lateral direction of the slice plane, is purely measured by canceling influences of the flow in the slice vertical direction.
