摘要： There is disclosed a device for fixing a U-shaped end of at least one spring for supporting a cushion for a seat, to a seat frame of the seat which includes opposing frame sections, one of the frame sections being formed from a shaft, and the spring being stretched between the frame sections. The device comprises a collar fitted over the shaft and a retainer including a body having a geometry of similar figure with the collar and fitted over the collar on the shaft, and at least one pair of first and second spring engagement pieces provided at both edges of the body. A first axial region and second axial region of the U-shaped end of the spring are engaged with the first piece and the second piece, respectively, whereby the end of the spring is fixed to the shaft through the device.

摘要： There is disclosed an attaching device (6) for fixing an end portion (7a) of at least one spring (7) for supporting a cushion for a seat, to a seat frame of the seat, wherein the seat frame includes opposing seat frame sections, one of the opposing seat frame sections being formed from a round shaft (3), the at least one spring being stretched between the opposing seat frame sections, and the end portion of the at least one spring being formed substantially in a U-shape in outline. The attaching device (6) comprises a resin-made collar (6a) of a substantially reverse U-shape in cross-section adapted to be fitted over the round shaft (3) and a metal-made retainer (6b) including a body (60) having a geometry of similar figure with the collar and adapted to be fitted over the collar on the round shaft, and at least one pair of inner and outer spring engagement pieces (61, 62) provided at both edges of the body, the inner and outer spring engagement piece extending downward from the both edges of the body and bent laterally outwardly at lower ends thereof. A first axial region (71) and second axial region (72) of the substantially U-shaped end portion (7a) of the at least one spring (7) are adapted to be engaged with the inner spring engagement piece (61) and the outer spring engagement piece (62), respectively, whereby the end portion of the at least one spring is adapted to be fixed to the round shaft through the attaching device.

摘要： A clip apparatus or method for sheet materials comprising a clip member and a collar member. The clip member is resilient and defines a hinge portion, first and second finger portions extending from the hinge portion, and a ratchet portion formed on at least one of the first and second finger portions. The collar member is resilient and defines a latch portion, a lever portion, a latch opening, and a housing interior. The collar member acts on the clip member to place the clip member in the closed configuration. The latch portion engages the ratchet portion through the latch opening to inhibit movement of the collar member. When the collar member is in a disengaged configuration, the collar member may move relative to the clip member.

The relative axial alignment of the load in the cord (15) with the transverse axis (17) of the hook (9) prevents the load (15) from rotating the hook substantially. A land (27) adjusts the thickness of the cleat.

The clasp includes a female part attached to one end of the piece of jewelry that has a latch pivotally mounted within a recess on the female part. The latch includes a hook at one end having an outer sloping surface. The clasp also includes a male part attached to the opposite end of the piece of jewelry and including a loop. The loop has a crossbar at its outer end which has an outer sloping wall. The outer wall of the crossbar and the outer surface of the hooks slope in similar directions, such that when the crossbar is pressed against the hook, the hook slides upwardly with respect to the crossbar, until the hook passes over the crossbar and drops through the center of the loop to engage the loop. The clasp also includes a sleeve slidably mounted to the male part that selectively covers the engagement of the male part and female part when the clasp is in the engaged position.

摘要： A fishing line release clip, having dual clamps and a design that allows the release clip to use for a variety of applications. The release clip is comprised of a clamping platform, having a clamping surfaces on either end, and amounting flange on one end. A pair of clamping plates are provided that are connected by hinges to the sidewalls of the clamping plate. Each clamping plate is provided with a sliding clamp to force the clamping plate down against the clamping platform. A resilient textured clamping pad is provided beneath each clamping plate. In one embodiment, the clamping pads are provided with bosses fitting sockets in the clamping plate and the clamping platform. The flange end of the clamping platform includes a pair of V-shaped grooves for receiving a cable to securely lock the cable to the release clip. Optional embodiments of the invention are provided in which the clamping force is provided by button clamps while in a third embodiment, the clamping plates are provided in a single molded piece having a self-hinge and are clamped by thumbwheels.

摘要： The present invention provides an improved closure for ESD bags which provides an effective closure without causing the generation of additional charges nor blocking of the visibility of the component in the bag. More significantly, the present invention provides an effective yet easy to use closure which does not cause injury or irritation to the fingertips or fingernails of the ESD worker. The invention includes a pair of elongate rails which are substantially parallel when in a closed position. Support means are provided between the rails and a hinge for permitting the rails to move from the closed position to an open position. A latch slideable between a first closed position and a second open position maintains the rails in close relation when the invention is in use. The sliding motion of the latch obviates the necessity to pry open a snap as was necessary with the snap-stick of the prior art. In a particular embodiment, the supports are notched to assist in the maintenance of the closure. Further provided in a specific embodiment is an elongated ridge on one rail and a corresponding groove or trough on the other which assist in the closure of the bag. A yet more specific embodiment includes a handle for grasping or holding the closure.

In accordance with the invention, the part is formed from two separate portions forming a whole with the flexible element when assembly is completed. The first portion is a cage receiving the flexible element and includes laterally at least one extending flexible strip normally projecting outside of the cage. A second portion being a slider being adapted to be slid over said cage, in order to urge said strip inwardly, so that a portion of the strip is embedded in the flexible element. The device has means provided to produce effective locking of the slider on the cage. The invention is applied to the fastening of parts on flexible elements such as cables, wires or other elements.
