摘要： A fastening device includes a case, a spool disposed in the case and configured for a lace to be wound therearound, a plurality of ratchet teeth inside the case, a ratchet element disposed at the case and located at one side of the ratchet teeth, and a knob disposed at the case. The ratchet element includes a ratchet arm selectively engaged with at least one of the ratchet teeth. As the ratchet arm is engaged with at least one of the ratchet teeth, the spool is prohibited to rotate in a releasing direction, and as the knob is rotated in a tensioning direction, the ratchet arm is disengaged from at least one of the ratchet teeth to allow the spool to tension the lace.

The shoe lace cover comprises of a foldable strap at a front portion, a pair of eyelets or apertures or holes at a back portion, a display area at a top portion equipped to exhibit display material and the shoe lace cover is attached to the shoe with the help of its shoe laces through the pair of eyelets or apertures or holes. 摘要： The present invention is for a slip resistant shoelace comprising a shoelace tube and one or more friction inducing features such as a plurality of bumps made or rubber or silicone disposed over at least a portion of the length of the shoelace tube. The bumps can also be disposed over a rope in any desired manner to make it a slippage resistant rope. The plurality of bumps, when come in contact with each other or with any other surfaces in a tied knot, offer higher co-efficient of friction and thus resist slipping of the knot. A knot tied with the slip-resistant shoelace or the slip-resistant rope prevents slipping and from getting loosened and untied inadvertently.

The device includes a head, a first arm coupled to and extending from an edge of the head, and a second arm coupled to and extending from the edge of the head. The second arm is couplable to the first arm in spaced relationship to the head defining a closed position forming a loop extending from the edge of the head for receiving laces on a shoe therethrough. 摘要： Articles of footwear (e.g., soft snowboard boots) that may be tightened from the rear side to enhance heel hold are disclosed. A lace may be coupled to a strap that extends along a portion of the rear side of the boot body. The lace and strap may be arranged such that, upon tightening of the lace, the strap is pulled toward the front side. Tensioning of the lace may cause the lace to be pulled inward so as to exert a normal pressure against the medial and lateral sides of the boot, resulting in the sides being drawn inward toward the shaft region of the boot. The lacing system may employ one or more tightening zones where separate regions of the boot may be tightened independently from, or simultaneously with, one another. For example, a boot that is configured to have two tightening zones may include a first lace arranged so as to tighten a portion of the boot including at least one of the rear side, the medial side and the lateral side; and a second lace arranged so as to tighten another portion of the boot, including at least part of the front side. As a result, various “zones” of the boot may be separately controlled, tightened independent from one another, as desired.

Especially in the case of children, elderly, or athletes, the shoelaces frequently come undone. At best, this can be a nuisance to have to bend over and re-tie them every so often. 摘要： A shoelace knot holding apparatus for holding the shoelace knot in a tied position is provided. The shoelace knot holding apparatus including a bottom frame positioned below the shoelace knot having a rear bottom end and a front bottom end, a top frame positioned above the shoelace knot having a rear top end and a rear bottom end. The shoelace knot holding apparatus includes a zigzag swivel hinge extending from the rear bottom end to connect with the rear top end and further facilitates the front top end of the top frame to loop around the shoelace knot to connect with the front bottom end of the bottom frame. The shoelace knot holding apparatus includes plurality of bottom frame teeth extending from the inner side of the bottom frame and plurality of top frame teeth extending from the inner side of the top frame to grab and maintain the shoelace knot in a tied position.
