摘要： The present invention is concerned with an epilator that comprises a housing, an epilation cylinder mounted at a head region of the housing for plucking hairs from the skin during operation, and an attachment detachably connected with the housing, which attachment comprises at least a shaving blade defining a use direction along which the shaving blade is to be drawn over the skin to shave off hairs. In the attached state the shaving blade is disposed behind the epilation cylinder with respect to the use direction so that during operation the epilation cylinder plucks hairs from the skin and the shaving blade contacts the skin to shave off hairs from the skin in successive order during a single stroke of the epilator over a skin area, wherein the attachment is connected with the housing in the head region such that the epilation cylinder is partially covered by the attachment and a non-covered part of the epilation cylinder extends into an aperture of the attachment.

Such an epilator is disadvantageous in that typically not all of the hairs are detected by the epilating unit (1) and some remain in the skin after the epilation. 摘要： A hair removing device capable of selectively attaching an epilator head for hair epilation and a shaving head for hair cutting. The device includes the housing incorporating the rotary motor, and the epilator or shaving head detachable to the housing. The head includes a drive mechanism powered by the motor for hair epilation or cutting. The motor has an output rotor fixedly carrying a noncircular joint. The drive mechanism includes a coupler which is detachably connected to the joint to receive the rotary motion of the motor. The coupler is arranged coaxially with the joint and is movable along the axis of the joint together with the head into and out of engagement with and from the joint, and the coupler is slidable along the axis of the joint while keeping the driving connection therebetween.

Optionally, the irradiating element (40) is regularly translated between a first and a second position to heat and cut the hair without damaging the skin.

摘要： Described herein is a hair removal apparatus with a housing and an actuator head movable in the housing. The actuator head accommodates an actuator system that removes the hairs and is adapted to be driven by an electric drive mechanism arranged in the hair removal apparatus. The actuator system is movable into at least one active position for hair treatment. The actuator head is freely rotatable in the housing about an axis of rotation for adjustment of an active position. Using a single hair removal apparatus it is thus possible to employ various hair treatment systems such as long-hair cutters, short-hair cutters, or epilators, requiring only the actuator head to be turned about its bearing axis until the cutting unit provided for the respective hair treatment operation is turned into the actuator plane.

The device has a treatment head that is mounted on a housing and includes a hair removing unit for hair depilation or hair epilation and an applicator for supplying a lotion on a user's skin. 摘要： A dual ended hair remover which includes a casing having a motor, an epilating head for plucking hairs from the skin of a user attached to one end of the casing, a depilating head for cutting the hairs from the skin of the user attached to the other end of the casing, and a handle which covers one of the epilating and depilating heads while providing power to the other one of the epilating and depilating heads. The handle fits over one or the other end of the casing and provides power to the head which is not covered. The handle may also simultaneously provide power to the head which is covered. The handle protects the user and the unused head by covering the unused head and provides power to at least the head which is in use. Further, by incorporating the epilating and depilating heads on the casing at the same time and at opposite ends, ease of use is obtained. Still further, in the instances that only the head which is in use is being driven, power conservation is achieved.
