    摘要： A bracket and standard assembly comprises a standard having a plurality of spaced apart holes. A bracket comprises a support body having an elongated portion extending along a longitudinal axis. A connector end comprises at least one hook projecting rearwardly from the support body and passing through a hole in the standard to releasably hook the bracket to the standard, the at least one hook comprising a downwardly projecting tooth, the at least one hook defining with the support body a receptacle, a portion of the receptacle being delimited by a forwardly oriented contact edge of the tooth, the receptacle receiving one of wall portions of the standard. A finger projects generally upwardly from the at least one hook and having a forwardly oriented contact edge, the forwardly oriented contact edge of the finger being rearward of the forwardly oriented contact edge of the corresponding tooth along the longitudinal axis.

    摘要： A multi-position bracket includes a cantilever body defining first and second sides, and including rear and upper orthogonal edges. The rear edge includes at least one hook shaped to removably engage slots of an upright. The multi-position bracket further includes a mounting plate interconnected with the cantilever body in a selected one of first and second offset positions and a center position relative to the cantilever body. The mounting plate defines a center portion and first and second opposite side portions. The center portion of the mounting plate includes a center connector interconnecting the mounting plate in the cantilever body with the mounting plate in the center position for supporting adjacent side edges of a pair of side-by-side hang-on furniture units. The first side portion of the mounting plate includes a connector interconnecting the mounting plate and the cantilever body with the mounting plate offset to the first side of the cantilever body for supporting a side edge of a hang-on furniture unit disposed on the first side of the cantilever body. The second side portion of the mounting plate includes a connector interconnecting the mounting plate and the cantilever body with the mounting plate offset to the second side of the cantilever body for supporting a side edge of a hang-on furniture unit disposed on the second side of the cantilever body.

    摘要： A partition system includes a first partition having a face and a horizontal row of slots accessible through the face, and a second partition having an abutting end adapted to be positioned adjacent the face. The first partition includes a frame and covers on the frame that define a horizontally extending gap for accessing the slots. A connector for interconnecting the abutting end to the face includes a one-piece U-shaped clip having a pair of legs forming a first end with opposing hooks configured to securely horizontally engage the slots in the face, and having an intermediate section forming a second end configured to securely engage the abutting end. The intermediate section is resilient such that the legs can be flexed together to an install position for insertion into a selected slot and can be flexed apart to a retaining position where the hooks are positioned to securely engage the selected slot in the first partition. The intermediate section and the legs form an interior space therebetween shaped to closely receive a fastener when the legs are in the retaining position so that the existence of the fastener between the legs prevents the legs from being moved to the install position. A method is also defined related to the above.

    摘要： A storage system having a pair of parallel, spaced side braces and a plurality of interchangeable wire racks, shelves and baskets secured and suspended between the side braces. The side braces are mounted directly to a wall or other flat surface. The side braces are provided in interlocking sections and can be joined together to form a side brace as long as desired. Each side brace has a plurality of evenly spaced keyhole-shaped openings formed in an inner surface. The openings in one side brace are parallel to the openings in the other side brace. Each shelf, rack or basket has side extensions designed to engage the openings. Each side extension terminates in a retention means, for example a knob that engages and is secured in the opening. The rack, shelf or basket can be moved between openings to raise or lower the height of the unit.

    摘要： A universal mounting hook attaches to a variety of industrial and commercial adjustable shelving systems to provide interchangeability between the shelving systems. The universal mounting hook comprises a generally vertical leg and a generally horizontal leg. The vertical leg includes an "L"-shaped hook positioned at the top of the vertical leg and an abutting portion positioned at the base of the vertical leg. The abutting portion protrudes from the general line of extension of the vertical leg, in a direction opposite from the horizontal leg. The base of the abutting portion connects to an inverted "L"-shaped indentation which interconnects the vertical leg and the horizontal leg. A spring clip extends from the horizontal leg adjacent the indentation so that the spring clip and the indentation form an enclosure which receives a supporting wire. The entire mounting hook may be securely fastened to one of a plurality of different shelving systems so as to support shelving or merchandise baskets.
