摘要: An apparatus for and method of training a user's swing for sports. The user grasps a main shaft and positions the main shaft adjacent to a back shoulder when assuming a golf stance or batter's stance. The user supports a shape structure mounted to the main shaft in an orientation wherein the shape structure is facing upwards for golf swing training and faces downwards for baseball or softball swing training. The shape structure may be square in shape. The shape structure and main shaft have a center of mass that is offset from the longitudinal axis of the main shaft. The main shaft may have a segment of reduced diameter, e.g., a proximal shaft segment and a segment of shape diameter, e.g. a distal shaft segment. The proximal shaft segment may define grip features. The main shaft may be of solid construction.

The gate is designed to hinge on magnets or hooks, providing a unique and convenient way to adjust the width of the gate without the need for multiple gates. The use of magnets or hooks also allows for detachable extensions to be added to the gate, allowing golfers to use putting gates at much longer distances than they could before, with benefits for aim, alignment, start direction, and green reading.

摘要: A golf practice assembly for practicing bunker shots on a golf course includes a golf mat that has a turf portion comprised of artificial turf and a bunker portion comprised of a deformable bag. The bunker portion simulates sand in a bunker of a golf course to facilitate a golfer to practice bunker shots without traveling to a golf course. A granular material is disposed within the deformable bag thereby facilitating the deformable bag to simulate sand in the bunker of the golf course. In this way the granular material increases difficulty for the golfer to practice the bunker shots.

摘要: Good health is one of the paramount essentials for any human being. A method and system for assessing and improving wellness of a person using body gestures have been provided. The system is configured to address fitness, wellness and physical movement related problems for both the abled and the differently abled society. The disclosure provides an intelligent and adaptive system that will comprehend the gestures and postures of the person to assess his capability of undertaking wellness activities. The person's movement capabilities and the environment are learnt by the system to track the gestures for the activities. Based on his gestures, the extent of activity achievement is calculated. The system also has the feature of provisioning dynamic activities to the person based on prior attempts and levels of achievements. Additionally, the system also providing the fitness routine in an AR environment by human-to-object mapping through object detection and augmentation.

This technology can operate in coordination with an alignment device (e.g., an alignment stick) used by the golfer as an aid for aligning the golf shot with the target. In an example, the disclosed system can use image processing in combination with computer-based modeling of physical relationships with respect to an alignment device, ball, and/or target that exist in the real world to compute and adjust alignments for golf shots. This technology can provide real-time feedback to golfers for improved training and shot accuracy.

A pair of robotic legs coupled to the lower revolving member can be actuated to resemble a kicking action. Both the pair of robotic arms and the pair of robotic legs horizontally extend from the upper revolving member and the lower revolving member respectively.
