摘要: Methods and systems for determining interaction between cells are described wherein the method includes determining or receiving a sequence of images representing manipulating first cells, in a holding space, the holding space including a functionalized wall comprising second cells, the manipulating including settling of the first cells onto the functionalized wall and applying a force on the settled first cells; detecting groups of pixels representing first cells in first images representing the settling of the first cells onto the functionalized wall; tracking locations of detected first cells in the first images; and, determining settling events, a settling event being determined if a cell in a first image is not distinguishable from background of the first image, the location in the image at which a cell settling event is detected defining a cell settling location; detecting groups of pixels representing cells in second images captured during the application of the force and tracking locations of detected cells, wherein tracked locations of a detected cell in the second images form a tracking path, the first location of the tracking path defining a pop-up event, the location in a second image at which a pop-up event is detected defining a pop-up location; and, determining detachment events based on the settling locations and based on the pop-up locations, a detachment event defining a first cell being detached from a second cell due to application of the force on the first cell, and determining information about the interaction between first and second cells based on the force applied to the first cells.

摘要: Systems and methods are described for disambiguating user input based on a physical location of items in a vicinity of a user. The system determines that a query received from a user contains an ambiguity. In response, the system identifies several items in the physical vicinity of the user. Then, the system analyzes the identified plurality of items to determine whether the plurality of items forms a first ensemble of items or a second ensemble of items. If the plurality of items forms a first ensemble of items, the system performs a search using the search query and a first keyword related to the first ensemble of items. If the plurality of items forms a second ensemble of items, the system performs a search using the search query and a second keyword related to the second ensemble of items. The system then outputs results of the performed search.

摘要: Embodiments of this application disclose a distributed retrieval method performed by a distributed retrieval system including a retrieval node and an access node. The retrieval node receives a retrieval request forwarded by an access node, at least two video memory blocks are searched for matching features matching a to-be-detected feature of an image, each video memory block being a unique physical storage unit with a fixed length, and then returns retrieval results to the access node, the retrieval results being used for indicating the features matching the to-be-detected feature. Because cache spaces are allocated between the at least two video memory blocks using a blockchain structure, the features can be continuously stored in the video memory blocks, thereby overcoming the problem of data discretization brought about by a storage hole caused by deletion in the related art.

The method further includes combining the 3D coordinates for the object of interest with an existing 3D model of the object of interest to create a revised 3D model of the object of interest.

摘要: Systems, methods, and non-transitory media are provided for providing spatiotemporal recycling networks (e.g., for video segmentation). For example, a method can include obtaining video data including a current frame and one or more reference frames. The method can include determining, based on a comparison of the current frame and the one or more reference frames, a difference between the current frame and the one or more reference frames. Based on the difference being below a threshold, the method can include performing semantic segmentation of the current frame using a first neural network. The semantic segmentation can be performed based on higher-spatial resolution features extracted from the current frame by the first neural network and lower-resolution features extracted from the one or more reference frames by a second neural network. The first neural network has a smaller structure and/or a lower processing cost than the second neural network.

摘要: A computer implemented method of processing a medical image is disclosed. The method includes receiving a medical image comprising a first plurality of pixels each having an initial pixel value. For each of the first plurality of pixels, a filtering operation is applied to the pixel to generate a filtered pixel value for the pixel based on the initial pixel values of pixels that surround the pixel in the medical image. For each of the first plurality of pixels, a comparison of the initial pixel value with the filtered pixel value is performed. The method comprises, for each of the first plurality of pixels, determining, based on the comparison, whether or not to categorize the pixel as an erroneous pixel; and for each of the first plurality of pixels for which it is determined to categorize the pixel as an erroneous pixel, categorizing the pixel as an erroneous pixel.
