An extremity supporting exercise system is described. The system includes two knee sliders and two hand sliders. Each knee slider includes a knee pad and a knee base. The knee pad includes a recessed portion that is adapted to receive a user's knee. A patella support is disposed within the knee portion to support the user's patella when using the knee slider. Alternatively, each hand slider includes a hand pad and a hand base. The hand pad includes a series of finger indentations that are flanked by thumb receptacles. Importantly, the knee base and hand base are formed of a rigid and slippery material to allow the sliders to easily slide across a ground surface. Thus, through use of the exercise system, a user can support their hands and knees while sliding the hands and knees across a ground surface to perform a variety of exercises.

The present invention relates to a sucker and an adhesion arrow having the same. More particularly, the present invention provides a sucker that can be attached, instead of a needle, to an arrow for a toy arrow shooter. The sucker of the present invention is formed with an annular projection on an adhesion surface of the sucker. Thus, even when the sucker collides against a target at a high speed, the sucker can be prevented from bouncing back from the target due to a repulsive force generated from the collision and thus securely adhere to the target. Further, even though the sucker of the present invention flies and collides against the target at a certain angle, the sucker can easily adhere to the target. Further, the sucker is made of a soft material so that a repulsive force can be smaller than an adhesion force when the sucker collides against the target. When a user shoots the adhesion arrow of the present invention by blowing it received in a shooting tool, the sucker is not caught by an inner circumferential surface of the tubular shooting tool so that the adhesion arrow of the present invention can be easily shot.

A target is used to catch a first projectile having a suction cup on one end and a second projectile having VELCRO hook and loop fastening material provided thereon. The target includes a pan member, an elastic foam layer, an adhesion surface, and a flexible strap. The pan member confines a receiving space and has a closed side provided with a flat suction surface to which the suction cup of the first projectile releasably adheres, an opposite open side to access the receiving space, and a peripheral wall provided with a pair of oppositely disposed radial ears. The elastic foam layer is provided in the receiving space. The adhesion surface includes a textile sheet having a periphery sealed to the peripheral wall of the pan member so as to cover the open side of the pan member, and a hairy outer surface to which the Velcro hook and loop fastening material of the second projectile releasably adheres.
