摘要： A cube display system uses a frame with upstanding outer periphery side walls. A series of uniform sized cubes has a portion of an overall picture on each face. The cubes are placed into the inner space of the frame in an appropriate position, with the appropriate face facing upwardly and properly oriented. When all of the cubes are so placed, the overall picture is displayed. Different pictures are formed when displaying different faces of the cubes. An opening is located underneath each cube such that a finger or a poking tool is inserted through the opening in order to dislodge a particular cube from the cube matrix. The openings are encompassed by a magnetically attractive material and another magnetically attractive material is disposed on each face in order for the cubes and base to magnetically attract each other. Alternately, the frame is a banding frame that cinches the formed matrix.

摘要： A wall decoration and game apparatus that is convertible between a display mode for hanging on a wall and a game playing mode for playing a board game such as cribbage. The apparatus includes a mounting panel and a game board. The game board is releasably attachable to the mounting panel. The game board has a display side and a game playing side. The display side of the game board has a likeness of an animal such as a fish. In a display mode the game board is releasably attached to the mounting panel with the display side facing out and the mounting panel is hung on a wall. In game playing mode the game board is detached from the mounting panel. Legs are attached to the mounting panel and it becomes a stand for the game board with the game playing surface facing up. In the embodiment shown the game board is a cribbage game board and has a peg hole array for a cribbage game. The mounting panel has an open storage compartment that is covered by the game board in the display mode. Game components and stand legs can be stored in the compartment.

摘要： A puzzle is provided, according to the preferred embodiment, having a series of rectangular blocks assembled so as to be able to slide on the surface of a rectangular planar back panel mounted in a vertical orientation. A set of four frame members, two of which have engaging tongue members and two of which have engaging groove members, are attached thereto. Each of the rectangular blocks is configured with two perpendicular, adjacent edge tongue members and two perpendicular groove members oriented to mutually engage respective tongues and grooves of other blocks and of the frame members of the puzzle. One space substantially equal to the size of one block is left empty to permit block movement. Each block has a magnet adapted to releasably engage a complementary magnet on the back panel so that when the magnets are engaged, the block positioned above an empty block space will not fall into that space. A front facing surface of each block carries a portion of a picture, for example, or a numeral so as to create an amusement puzzle.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the face of each segment includes a portion of the resulting single coherent image. When all segments are correctly arranged and stacked, or overlapped, with the correct orientation, the visible images on the faces of the segments mesh to form one or more larger coherent images. A variety of plates or stands are disclosed to aid the player in stacking the segments and arranging them with the proper orientation during the reassembly process. Additionally, information or images may be included on the portions of the faces of each segment that are obscured by other segments when the segments are properly assembled, thereby allowing such games to have multiple uses.
